My Eddi went offline on 23/10/24 - I have no idea why - but because I [naturally] only use it to divert excess solar power to the GivEnergy batteries I wasn't too bothered. But with Spring not too far away, and with my previous efforts to reconnect it myself having failed, I decided I needed some proper technical support. So I rang myenergi support this afternoon and was provided with an explanatory YouTube link as a potential cure - but it didn't work. A second call revealed that [perhaps due to my previous efforts to get back on-line?] somehow my Eddi's Hub appeared to have settings that would have worked if I lived in Australia?? They needed to look into that and promised to call back later. At 4:45pm the same day, Tom rang me back and patiently guided me through resets for the Hub, Harvi and Eddi so that I could reconnect them all on radio frequency #1. Within 20 minutes, it was all back up and running again - marvellous! I didn't really expect to get a return call so late in the working week but I am really grateful for it. Tom said they like to get back to their customers when they say they will. Excellent customer service from a very reliable company. When I eventually get a fully electric car, I will definitely buy a Zappi to charge it. Many thanks, Tom.

Contacted Tech Support and Liam quickly identified the problem, advised what to do and emailed instructions, system back within minutes, excellent.

Iāve had an issue Eddi for almost 3 years, with no problems but the recent power cuts caused problems and brought it off-line. Contacted the tech support team and they sent clear instructions how to resolve the issue, which has worked.
We had myenergi products installed since the first product was launched the EDDI, followed by the HUB, HARVI and most recently (2020) the ZAPPI. The system worked perfectly until later this autumn when we had a heat pump installed. The installer electrician meddled with the myenergi units for no reason and we lost most of the myenergi APP display. I logged a technical support case with myenergi and was called back by Tom within 24 hours and Tom managed to fix the system remotely within minutes. May I express my sincere gratitude Tom - Thank you.
I had real issues trying to access the Zappi hub. I don't think my installer set it up correctly. However, I was talked through downloading the firmware. I was helped to siign-in and generally guided to allow me full functionality. Tom responded to my cries for help promptly and patiently. Even phoning eventually to guide me throgh the process. Great support.
I obtained a very quick solution to my my app problem. Telephone answered without a wait and the triage team support was very pleasant, helpful, effective, and above all cheerful! well done and thank you myenergi.
Sorted out my problems with the app
I have been a customer of Myenergi for a couple of years. I have a Zappi-Harvi-Hub system connected to PV and an EV. The system has worked extremely well. In the few instances when there have been problems, they have usually been down to operator error, but their Support system is outstanding. This review is spurred solely on the fact that today I had to arrange a scheduled fast charge of my EV and it struck me that their integrated tools make this straightforward. So much so it is easy to forget that it takes effort by Myenergi to have an ecosystem of sensors and tools that achieve these things. Kudos to them!
Everyone knows how stressful technology can be but Myenergie surpassed themselves in resolving some issues I had trying to connect to internet. Tom went the extra mile to assist so big recommendation from me.
Suellen was brilliant As an old duffer she walked me through the steps to get charger connected to internet despite being given previous instructions Myenergi professional and courteous
Tech support is outstanding. I think this is due the fact that support is āin-houseā and provided by the manufacturer itself.
Fantastic customer service experience from Steve and Tom in the technical support team today. I was on the phone to poor Steve for around 30 minutes trying to transfer account information and connect a new WiFi router to my Zappi EV charger and he could not have been more patient and supportive. Same for Tom who managed to resolve the final issue. I was also pleased to hear that the Technical Support team were given a Christmas break to thank them for their hard work, I hope this recognition and reward continues throughout the year. Jan 11,2025I had an issue with my Zappi. Customer support was very quick to respond, and Suellen was very helpful throughout the process of getting me sorted. She was so kind and understanding and talked me through the whole thing. Suellen even rang me back two days later to say she had found something else which she talked me through to correct it. It was a great experience.
