I needed help getting the app working after I mistakenly deleted my Location. I messaged the support team and after some emails back and forth with Tom, he got it working again for me. I got the impression that he really did want to help and get me sorted out- without making me feel like a numb skull. Thanks again Tom.

Changing from petrol to an electric vehicle is a steep learning curve for me. After a friend's recommendation I had a Zappi charger installed. There have been a couple of minor issues (most self inflicted!) but when I have needed to contact Myenergi. I have found them to be prompt and efficient in their response and have resolved issues efficently. From my experience I am happy to recommend Myenergi.
I had occasion to ask for technical help with my Eddi diverter. The help was provided promptly and solved the issue. Just what is wanted!

We had a charger with our Zappi EV wall charging unit which Myenergi resolved under warranty. This was dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner by the claims handler (Sarah) and the field engineer (Stuart). No complaints
We had a Zappi installed to replace a different make of charger that simply failed to work at all, ever. The Zappi is working fine. The app provides good control to ensure that we only use cheap rate or excess local supply from our solar panels to charge the EV. Now it is very simple to use. If we want the car charged overnight, we simply have to leave it plugged in and it will be charged during our cheap-rate period.
Great fix by technical support Steve. I'm happy overall, but think I wasted a lot of time time trying to fix a WiFi connection that never was. The fault was "offline" caused by a power outage in my village. Steve spotted immediately and had me to complete a full reset, that got it sorted perfectly and reconnected to zappi servers, Well done Steve. The back and forth wifi connection information for this particular offline issue maybe needs easier identification earlier. Hopefully it will, Overall though myenergi were exceptionally good, and uk based too. Thank you myenergi!
Poor service from start to finish, no guidance or instructions on use, incomplete installation with several follow ups required but still non functioning charger after 2 weeks and company uninterested in resolving.

Tom and the rest of the tech team were extremely helpful, assisted me to go through each step to get our new Zappi connected and linked to Octopus energy and charge our EVs automatically at the scheduled 7p/kwh rate. I sent an email of my problem at 0830 and problem was resolved at 1500. Tom from Myenergie phoned me and guided me through a few complex screens I didn't know existed on Zappi and Eddi to fix the problem. Well done Tom
Getting through to a real person took only seconds, and Tom Walker in Technical Support very patiently took me - a non-techie - through a procedure following my change of broadband supplier. Thanks for a really stress-free experience.
Very helpful and prompt service when my Zappi stopped working because of continual blown fuse. All done on line and hopefully problem solved at least for now!
I had problems with continuous charging as it would stop and wouldn’t restart. The team at Myenergi worked tirelessly to solve the problem. They could not have done more. Great service.
