I have had a MyEnergi Zappi and Eddi for over 7 years. I have just upgraded to a Zappi 2.1 Servive is consistently excellent. Issues are tackled and always resolved. The service team do an excellent job. They also provide useful how to videos and host forums on their site which helps customers resolve issues without the need to go to the help desk. The products are always evolving with software updates. Well done MyEnergi team.

Awful experience. Bought a zappi with installation included in the price. Went through two weeks of back and forth communication regarding the install only to be told they would not be able to get any installers to our area and so they have to cancel surely that would be the first thing you check! What a mess around.
Had poor overnight charging. Asked installer about it and was re-directed to Myenergi tech help. Had visions of being on phone for an eternity and not getting anything done before Christmas but, phone answered quickly. After a few questions to help with problem I was contacted by Akrum who sorted the problem quickly. Batteries now running at full capacity after a firmware update. Great service. Thanks myenergi
Following a problem with my Zappi I emailed Myenergi with my query and they (Akram) responded promptly and helped me through the process of correcting the problem. So so helpful for which I am very grateful. Many thanks Gwyn

Had a charging schedule problem with my zappi ev charger after a 4 day power cut. Spoke with Tom who remotely accessed my unit and solved the problem within 5 minutes. Brilliant service.
The app interface is the most over complicated and frustrating UI I’ve ever used. All I want is to charge my car overnight. Now I am stuck with this
I had a simple problem - The my energy app refused to recognise me. Customer service agent Tom couldn't have been more helpful or more efficient at sorting the problem for me.
Eddi webinar 19/12/24 Up to coffee break great coarse Shaun came accross very well, after coffee break everyone on the webinar was stuck on a pic of the my energy building, all tried messaging in chat, qna, tried emailing Shaun, raising hand, nothing. Assuming sections of the coarse are pre recorded and he didn't reactivate his screen pressed play on the audio and went about living his best life leaving us all to waste and hour and learn absolutely nothing, so a mixed experience from me, will now have to redo the coarse as missed the last hour.
Had my Zappi for over a year and not had to deal with customer support until very recently as normally I've managed any issues via help on the website. This time (we think) a power cut messed with the system and I couldn't solve it myself. Customer service were fast to respond and offered helpful advice which due to a few niggles needed a few conversations. Each time, good advice was available and they even checked in to ensure all was good before closing the ticket
It was after we'd had a problem after a power outage, and the advice was spot on and worked. Followup information was useful too - friendly and helpful service, thanks!
I approached MyEnergi to ask for an alternative quote for a home battery and optimiser installation in my home. I received a phone call from Russell to assess my needs. Russell asked me a series of straightforward questions and I provided some additional information in preparation for a follow-up call with the design team. The follow-up call was scheduled approximately one week later using Microsoft teams video conferencing. Russell was joined on the call by his colleague Martin. They talked through the issues I was having with my existing installation and ultimately determined that it would be best at this point in time to continue to try and resolve my existing installation issues. Sadly, it’s only too rare these days to engage with a company that clearly have their customers best interest at heart. Russell and Martin were amazing in this regard and I am so grateful to them and to MyEnergi for the amazing service I received. 
Tom was really helpful and patient with me trying to set up my Hub/Zappi. All round great customer experience from humans!! Great work, keep it up. Thanks Tom

Had multiple issues with zappi and eddi. Gary spent 30mins resolving all. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very accomplished. In an age when customer service can be so poor, Gary and myenergi have raised the bar. My teenager described it as trying to solve a tomb raider puzzle. Thanks for the help and happy Christmas
Took delivery of my new ev today. Yay. I’d already had my new Zappi charger installed a good while before the car arrived. Great compact unit, very neat and tidy on the wall! Had some real trouble getting my EV to charge though and after registering my Zappi with Octopus, charging didn’t seem to be working in the way I expected. Quick google, sound the number for Zappi, spoke to the tech team and literally within 4 mins had nailed the issue and sorted it. Zappi unit was always working but the scheduling via Octopus had overridden some settings. Zappi were very efficient and quick to resolve. Super supportive with me too. Ace!
Had the pleasure to have Peter to get me through the fustrations and issues. They were that we had full fibre and new router box. Then the charge failed, to charge and cutting out after a few seconds both on manual and timer settings. Peter helped me through Firmware updates etc as the Zappi 2 taking commands OK. To cut a long storey short, the TP-Link (used to my desktop pc) knocked out functions. Removing it all working OK. Who would have thought this one ! BUT.. Peter was so helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to get me through this. Top rated company.

Dec 30,2024Had an issue with the Libbi Battery not charging from the grid only from the solar panels they sent an upgrade down to fix it straight away, which took two days from the original call. I suspect that it was near the Christmas break but I was happy with the service once they came back to me
