I had purchased a Newair Ice Maker for Christmas last year. In under 6 months it was not working properly. I contacted the company as it was past the return date where I bought it. I spoke with Laurellee on multiple occasions. She was incredibly helpful and communicative! She was able to exchange the machine for a new one without any hassle on my part. I'm extremely appreciative and pleased with her customer service! She is amazing!

Ionie at NewAir was professional and responsive in helping me replace a refrigerator that was defective. My issue was resolved in a prompt manner and they handled a manufacturing issue well. Thank you.

Laurellee Was very quick with responses and super helpful. Usually warranty claims are a nightmare but not in this case. I will likely purchase the extended warranty.

Thank you Hilary for your great service and help through the process of my ice machine unit. She made sure to call and get all details which followed up with email to complete my warranty. I love the nugget ice machine and this machine has been great but started leaking water but with the great service I got, I was able to get my item replaced and received response promptly regarding the warranty process. I would definately buy this unit again given they also are very helpful and honor their warranty.

Laurellee was a great customer service rep that helped get the issue solved. Product should have not had an issue 7 weeks after purchase. It was after 30 days so I had to pay shipping and taxes which I thought was poor product support from a quality point. Laurellee did get the issue resolved and very promptly!

I bought an evaporative cooler that unfortunately died within a month, but luckily Newair provides 1 year warranty. They quickly and easily provided a new evaporative cooler for me.

It's a mixed bag. Firstly, my customer service rep was GREAT!! However, my overall experience with the company was not great, due to the fan I purchased not working after only 2 times of using it. I don't use it often, but I was about 2 weeks past the 30 day limit for returns. So that's where things got interesting. They wanted me to pay shipping and taxes for a replacement. They also did not have the model I ordered in stock, so the replacement would be a different (inferior) model. However, the customer service rep, Laurelee Ashly Stuart, was very helpful as much as she could be. She was able to waive the shipping and tax charge, which was the right thing to do considering the cost of the fan and how little it has been used. She was very communicative, easy to understand, and helpful with the issue as much as she was able. Overall, my experience with NewAir was not great. They are sending a replacement, we will see how long it lasts. So far, the best thing about NewAir was the customer service rep that was helping me.
