Purchased this unit 14 months ago and this is second failure. I have been routinely cleaning the unit as directed. It stopped making ice again and customer service bailed on doing the right thing because it was 2 months beyond their 1 year warranty on a $200.00 piece of equipment. They are sending me a part but charging me for the shipping. UPDATE: So the part arrived and was installed but still no ice. The fact that company’s like Newair hide behind their pitiful 1 year warranty is disgusting. UPDATE Following some rather unnecessary back and forth they eventually owned the issue and have agreed to replace the faulty unit. Thank You Newair

I have a 40lb ice machine that pump stopped working efficiently and does not push the water up to make ice. Laurellee quickly took my inquiry to purchase a new pump and processed in a timely manner.
