The support I got for my 9 year old Newair 220VAC heater was excellent! Even though long since out of warranty, Charles (support engineer) was very responsive and helpful. He diagnosed the issue and solution and facilitated the process for me to purchase the required replacement part in order to fix the issue. Part arrived within a few days, I did the replacement and the heater is once again performing as it should.
In addition to liking my product, the service has been great. Since owning my ice maker, Camilla has most often been the person who has assisted me. The quick responses and good communication are much appreciated.

I bought a NewAir heater for my shop. It had some intermittent problems that I initially thought had to do with the circuit breaker, but I ruled that out. The heater would, after some run time, just shut down. Initially I thought it was because the unit was getting too hot, and this was a safety thing. But then the runtime intervals kept getting shorter. Now the unit won't turn on at all. NewAir refuses to address the issue because now the unit is out of warranty. Where we live, I only need to use the heater about 3 months out of the year, so if it is slowly failing when used, it takes a long time before it really quits... Also, it took many tried using their chat to finally reach someone, and I had to send some fairly direct correspondence to make that happen. It was like they were just going to ignore me as long as they could. So what this means for me: No more cheap Chinese junk that the importing company won't stand behind.
Newair has fantastic customer service. They are timely with their responses. Do their best to satisfy your needs. Keep you abreast of actions being taken upon your behalf.
I recently contacted Nuair via email about a problem I was having with my Nuair wine refrigerator that stopped working. I received an immediate response from Hilary Waight. She walked me through the a diagnosis process step by step to determine the cause of my problem. She then provided me with the necessary part and product number I would need to fix my problem. I ordered the part, received it in a few days, installed it, and it solved the problem. Thank you Hilary for your great customer service. You are awesome!
