Laurellee Ashly Stuart Was very helpful! I had an issue with my ice machine and she helped walk me through the process of cleaning it. That didn’t work. We went through the easy process of getting a new one sent to me.

I recently purchased an ice maker just to discover that it was defective. I sent in a message, and that’s when Hilary responded. She helped walk me through troubleshooting and once it was determined that it was bad unit Hilary helped get the matter resolved and a new maker on the way. While I seldom have issues with Newair products, it’s refreshing to know that the company has great customer service and that they stand behind their products.

I had broken the cooler handle on my Newair Jobsite cooler and contacted Newair. Anfernee Lisbey in customer service was just amazing in helping me out. Arranged a new one at no charge. And they were fast in answering my emails like in minutes. Thank you for the great help.

Hilary was great to work with, she got our replacement unit shipped out within a few days of contacting them and diagnosing the issue and the need for a replacement.

I had a problem with an ice maker and called Newair for assistance. A replacement was ordered with an email to confirm. Laurellee was very helpful and professional in dealing with the issue. I would recommend her for her work ethic and as a representative of the company. Thank you. Jeff

I had an issue with my Luma Countertop Nugget Ice Machine and Camilla took the time to work through the problem and my frustrations on it. Very appreciative of her patience and working to find a good resolution to the problem.

My ice maker went berserk and exploded out the top like an ice volcano. I contacted Newair to see if anything could be done about the incident since I'd only owned the ice maker for about 5 months. Charles Trapp assisted me in fixing my problem. He did an excellent job making the whole process easy. I will definitely recommend your products to my friends just on the basis of great customer service as a result of my experience.

Customer Service team was very helpful in getting my beverage fridge replaced when the grill was bent and they didn't have a replacement piece readily available. Fern was quick to respond and made the replacement process seamless. Would definitely consider Newair products in the future just based off the customer service.

This company is the absolute worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. I’ve been waiting for my refund since September 2024, and despite following up countless times, I’ve made no progress. Initially, they sent me a damaged refrigerator, and after three replacements arrived damaged, I decided to keep my original unit. They offered me a 20% discount for this inconvenience, but their treatment of me has been utterly disrespectful. Buyer beware!

Fern was easy to talk with and professionally addressed, troubleshot and resolved my issue in a minimum of time. He was very responsive and thorough in email exchanges that left me with no questions or concerns. He reflected very highly on Newair and I will recommend Newair products to others based largely on the service they provided through professionals like Fern.

Customer support is fantastic! The fan I purchased stopped working during the warranty period and I submitted a ticket. Fern got back to me the same day and resolved my issue quickly - a new fan was shipped to me within days. Very pleased with the service I received.

Laurellee Ashly Stuart was the customer service rep I emailed back and forth for about a month. We had a issue with our ice machine suddenly not working properly. She was detailed and persistent and really committed to diagnosing the issue and helping me as best as she could. Laurellee is friendly, respectful and efficient. She even emailed me again when I failed to respond (I missed the email). Excellent customer service!
