I am on eBay from years and buying from this company was the worst experience ever. First I should get my items on 18th-19th then I have got the message maybe will be on Saturday after those date. So I Asked if I could change the address because I moved. They've aid they will do it . Item didn't get on Saturday so I asked when I will get and when I will get tracking number. Then they said I will maybe get on Tuesday 24 of December. Still nothing. On tracking website it shows that there is nothing in there also that the address shows old address so they didn't changed it. When I asked again when I will get my items and why there is old address they assured me I will get it on the new address and also before New Year... I have got it today 2nd of January and of course on the old address. They using excuses and excuses and more excuses. This company is a joke and for sure I do not recommend this to anyone.

Delivered late and faulty. Expect you to return at your cost via private courier to rectify there error. Rude in communication and not willing to refund when clear photos supplied. Do not use these people

Fantastic company, I love my blind it’s perfect, such a brilliant price & so much nicer than my others I had professionally fitted by another company who charged 4x as much and there is no difference in quality, shipping was so fast as well, it was here within a few days, then to top it off the customer service it brilliant aswell! Eventually I will be ordering for all my windows 5*

I bought a curtain pole from Wilkinsons about 7 years ago for my front bedroom and was thrilled with it. Have just had the back bedroom renovated and wanted the same pole for that room too. Although I found what looked like it on Wilko online, the description wasn’t very good, I didn’t know whether it expanded or not. Fortunately, the Wilko website gave the name of the supplier, so I searched online, found Newedgeblinds and a better description, so purchased it. Pole is up, still looking for curtains. Very positive experience buying from Newedgeblinds.

New edge blinds were ordered for 110cm. I received for 107.5cm. On the package/leibol the dimension was 120cm, also given in inches. The new dimension of 110cm was marked on the package, shortened to an inch. You need mathematics - shock. Spindle.. a different size. The pipe was primitively cut.Maddnes... So, among other things, I wasted my time. Not worth even one star.

Well what can i say.ordered two made to measure velour blinds 2 wks ago. 2 days later received a text from the courier saying would be dispatched and delivered on the tues.thought it was a bit quick as ordered them sunday Tues, then wednesday passed.decided to ring and see what was happening as unable to track Spoke to chap who said would speak to offce staff and email back That didnt happen, but did receive them a week later, The carriage didnt cost alot, but they were not packed very well,the inner flimsy plastic containers were broken with the ends missing. Outer package like bin bag ,taped up The blinds themselves are a perfect size ,material is good,however the aluminium roller at the top of one has a bend in it,and the 2 blinds have different fixtures One has no bottom slide out white rod,must have been an oversight, Overall disappointed Didnt come up to scratch at this moment in time

Ordered through the range from here two sets of curtains on the 8th Oct, they provided a tracking number for DX saying they will be sent on the 9th and received by the 21st. That date has now passed, spoke to DX who said the parcel was never handed to them, spoke to the range who contacted these guys and they told the range they have been sent so I cannot cancel! I have proof from the delivery service this is not the case, no contact from them to apologise, no offer of refund! Will now be contacting CAB for guidance on getting my money back! AVOID! Edit*** Just received a reply to say I can return the curtains when I receive them! I will never receive them as they haven’t been sent!!!!!!!!

Ordered through ebay. Got notification that blind was dispatched and out for delivery. Due date didn't arrive. Next day same. Get text to say I've been refunded with no explanation. Wasted 2 weeks waiting. DONT USE THIS 2 BOB COMPANY.!! WASTE OF TIME.

Ordered the wrong colour. Asked numerous times to change the colour as it hadnt shipped. Very unhelpful. Very rude. Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY

I ordered a blind and it came damaged because of the way it was packed not in a box just a plastic cover not good at protecting the blind

I ordered a blind kit, firstly they sent it to the wrong address and it took 5 seperate delivery attempts, each time their delivery company DX said I wasn’t in but I was sat at home waiting every time. I finally got the kit after another company took the parcel from DX and there was one side of Velcro missing . I tried to get in touch by email and they were shambolic. They were not friendly or helpful at all. They never read my emails properly. They agreed to send out the right Velcro once they finally understood what I needed but then we had the same problems again, it was sent to the wrong address eventhough I stressed the address. Then once again their delivery company DX said I wasn’t in when I was, I live in the countryside and I think they just couldn’t be bothered to come. Newedge blinds then cancelled the delivery eve though I’d kept in touch with them about the delivery problems and they agreed to resend it to me but you guessed it, they didn’t bother. I’ve paid for a Roman blind kit that was incomplete. This went on for about 8 weeks. Shambolic, disgraceful service from people who absolutely don’t care. I’m loathed to even give them 1 star. Beware !

Purchased two Roman blind kits. One arrived with no poles so we couldn’t complete the blinds in time. In addition, the quality of the product is terrible; very cheap and no instructions provided. The service from the company was appalling. Flippant and sarcastic email responses. Never received such terrible service.
