Aug 20,2024Horrendous customer service do not order from them! They will not give me a refund as I don’t have my return slip from Evri!! Never heard of this before when I sent them back they had the return label they sent me on the blinds and slips they sent me inside but they are still saying they can’t give me a refund as I don’t have the slip I would have been given instore. I don’t know why in the first place I would have to chase a refund to get it and then be expected to keep the slip as I wouldn’t receive a refund what a con! I have sent nearly 10 emails to try and get this answer from them as they send back sarcastic uninformative emails not explaining anything. A truly stressful experience!

Aug 08,2024I ordered a blind on 2nd April 2024. When it arrived it had 2 white stain marks on it so I requested a replacement. New Edge Blinds asked me to return the faulty blind but neither their return options - the Post Office or EVRI - would accept the blind as it was too long. After a lot of frustration and ignored messages I finally managed to arrange for a UPS pick up at a cost of over £27 to me. They have never refunded the cost of this pick up despite being instructed to by Amazon on 22nd July. They simply refuse to respond. Good to see good reviews for their blinds on here but if they wish to attract and retain customers they should practise good communication. Order from them if you want but be prepared to accept what is sent without further discussion. Let's see if they manage to respond to this review! 23rd August and no response from this company to my review. I didn't expect anything else based on my past experience. I am going to have one last try with Amazon who cannot get this company to do anything either, and then off to small claims court.

Aug 02,2024I bought a tension rod & it had the inner tube missing so could not be extended I took a photo as requested & waited for 48 hours as they said & when I contacted them they kept emailing me to say I had not fully read there email.i asked them what was missing so I could give them the information & then they email me to say there closing the case so basically I am know £12-90 out of pocket would not recommend them to anybody.They have receptionists in there customer services that are not allowed to put you through to speak to anybody at the main place

Jul 01,2024Bought a Sunwood Boston Venetian blind in auburn/chestnut. Colour is true to website. I would rate this blind 9.5/10 the only reason I’m not giving it a 10/10 is because there were no raul plugs supplied and I was drilling into masonry but I had some from another project that I used. Delivery was super quick!!! Ordered it Tuesday and I took delivery on the following Monday which for a non standard sized item is impressive! Delivery guy very helpful and friendly. Blind was easy to put up (I’m female and didn’t need a man, just a drill and a screwdriver!). Price was fabulous too, my window is 92”wide x 36” drop and I struggled to find a company that makes blinds that wide without me taking out a second mortgage! Blind looks amazing up. No trimming to size which I’ve had to do with previous blinds. Just drill the holes and put it up. Would definitely recommend.

Jun 17,2024Item never arrived so I contacted customer services who resent the item. Item has just arrived and they have sent me something completely different to what I ordered!!! Save your money and go elsewhere! 3 weeks I have been waiting for my curtains now

Jun 12,2024My blinds came what a disgrace the box was to so the ends of the blinds was hanging with tape all over the tubes the blinds was in no top on them disgusting
