Feb 18,2025Service was very polite while I was adding money on an account... but there were no answer from support about any questions about withdrawal and finally my account showing 400usd week ago, 79 three days ago and 24 today.. this is totally scam - just try to withdraw something and you will understand it.. be carefull and good luck to all!

Feb 17,2025The telegram bot is a scam and is NOT related to ninja trader in anyway. I have had this confirmed from their team. The link for the reviews bring you to this page , however they are reviews for the genuine ninja trader , not the telegram bot. It’s very easy to get tricked here. I also think Ninjatrader themself should take some action to stop people getting scammed as surely these negative reviews will be damaging for business Stay away from the telegram bot , it is fake and a scam . Will let you withdraw maybe once or twice and then it will shut down your account. Luckily I didn’t invest heavy and just tested it. Don’t make the same mistake 55 thousand others a month are

Feb 10,2025Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, kein deutscher Support, Anfragen dauern immer 2 Tage. Keine Übersichtlichen Angebote was man benötigt um zu handeln , alles undurchsichtig. Du brauchst als Anfänger 3 Monate um dich nur mit dem Programm auseinander zu setzen. Auszahlungen gehen nicht. Wollen das über ACH ?? machen - was nicht funktioniert da deine Bank nicht dort aufgeführt ist. Kompletter Reinfall, die Plattform ist nur was für Nerds, da lob ich mir andere Plattformen won man intuitiv alles erlernen kann, bei NT unmöglich !!!! Nix für Europäer

Feb 08,2025"I have been a member for about a month, and I have brought in about 10 people who joined through my referral. I made profit withdrawals twice, and everything went smoothly, but during the third time, I could not withdraw the profits, and my friends who joined the platform on Telegram are facing the same issue; no one can withdraw the profits, and the account gets restricted. When the account is restricted, the profits are deducted from the account over a period of 7 days. The balance does not revert backward within that period. What is the procedure, and why are the profits not sent when a member requests a withdrawal? This issue is unacceptable. I want to withdraw half of the profits, but I cannot. They say the balance is insufficient. I am just trying to withdraw half of the profit in my account. Please respond to my comment and resolve the issue, bearing in mind that I stopped trading 12 hours ago. I want a solution on how to withdraw profits correctly without the account being restricted."

Jan 31,2025Treasury department has a very poor customer service. They made me waste 1 week of my time trying to set up a Wise account to place a ACH withdraw to at the end to say they do not allow withdraw through Wise. Even Interactive Brokers allows you to use Wise account to withdraw but ninjatrader don't. So if you live outside the US and don't have account in "ninjatrader's special banks list", the only option to withdraw will be to pay $30 (by now) and use wire transfer.

Me dicen que he perdido conexion a internet pero no es cierto. Yo seguía escuchando música y navegando por internet con total naturalidad. La culpa es suya y lo quiero dejar palpable. Para que quieres atención 24 horas si han tardado más de 5 horas en dar la supuesta solución. Diciendo que ha sido que es mi culpa, vaya solución. En fin, un absoluto desastre.

Jan 22,2025Hi everyone, I want to preface this review by mentioning that I am not 100% certain if Ninja Trader is in support with this bot that I will be speaking about but they have not done anything despite a large amount of users (51,000) using said bot and thus the 1 star. The bot in question is called @TradingNinja_bot (Please do not use this bot) and is on Telegram. It associates itself as a bot by Ninja Trader and sends you to this review page if you click on the bot link for reviews. It does this to help build a sense of trust. Once you put your money into the system, it guarantees profit returns and the ability to withdraw. However, when trying to withdraw, the system will open trades even when you set your trading to inactive 12 hours before you withdraw. The bot will decline any withdrawals stating that your account is at risk, even if you withdraw a little amount. After some tries at withdrawing, it will then say your account is at risk and that you need to put in more money to make sure your wallet is not at risk. For context - I put in 127 and they “traded” it up to 196.5 USDT. I tried withdrawing 190 when it told me there was no open trades. I put in my wallet and then it says there are active trades and I check the logs and randomly, open trades are there when my trading has been inactive for 12 hours. I then tried to withdraw only 120 out of the 196.5 and it was accepted. 6 hours later, the withdrawal is rejected and it says my account is at risk. I’ve lost $120 but thankfully I haven’t lost much compared to some other people here. Ninja Trader, please read this review and look into pursuing legal action withthe telegram bot as they’re taking arrange of your platform to promote themselves as an ai trading bot when in reality they’re scamming customers. Thank you. Update as of 24/01/2025: NinjaTrader has asked me for information which I have given. They have now sent me a request to TrustPilot asking me to take down my review as they believe this complaint is not do with them. In my message, I have stated that this telegram bot is using your company and reviews as a guise but you do nothing about it. Please respond to this ticket publicly and message me NinjaTrader instead of going through TrustPilot.

And get this – to get *my own money* back, I have to pay a withdrawal fee?! Makes no sense! Still waiting for them to fix it.

He was by far the most pleasurable, social, personable, likable, extremely well educated, intelligent tech support person I had ever spoken to for Ninja Trader. He did a remote into my computer and he was fantastic! He not only solved my problem expeditiously, he also went on and showed me many other things I can do with the Ninja Trader Desktop once I logged into my account.
