Feb 22,2025Since using the red-light therapy my chronic pain has decreased immensely. My range of motion has increased. I have been brought to tears a couple times when I moved a certain way and realized it was painless. I love my red lights.

Feb 21,2025Had a root canal that wasn’t healing and had gotten infected. Tried antibiotics still wasn’t healing. This went on for a year. So I started looking for something that may help. Tried the Oral care device and finally started healing. I was skeptical but it actually helped me. I have always been slow to heal and getting older just made it worse. Glad I found something that worked. Noovalab sent out product and kept me updated on arrival time. Hopefully it works just as well for others.

Their return policy is if you order with discount you do not get a full refund and you have less time than advised. Also it automatically signs you up for a monthly membership for $39.99 when you agree to the term and condition.

Feb 21,2025Product received timely and I was excited to use. It worked a couple times then died. I really wanted to have the product work. They responded quickly wanting a video showing it was dead. They then wanted another video showing that my charger works fine. As their product wasn’t working, I sent another device attached to my charger showing that my charger worked. They then told me that they don’t sell the device that was working on my charger and sorry they couldn’t help me. Now I just want my money back as the product doesn’t work.

Feb 21,2025Great products and fantastic customer service. I have been using a red light therapy mat for nerve pain--really helps--and the device stopped working after less than a year. Novaalab asked for a video to demonstrate the equipment failure, and then they replaced my device with a new one. Very pleased and thankful.
