My experience was very pleasant. I am grateful for their sincere response to my teeth/gums issues. I am excited to have pretty teeth and gums again (I had chemo twice). This company really cares about their customers. At least that was my experience. A great experience if I say so myself.

Great company! I have used the red light pad for almost a year. I can truly say it has made a big difference in my life. My lower back pain and knee pains are dramatically reduced and I am able to work and be more active. Customer service is great!

I DID NOT ORDER THE SHIPPING TRACKING OR THE EXTENDED WARRANTEE BUT WAS CHARGED I ASKED TO REMOVE THOSE CHARGES LESS THAN 3 MINUTES AFTER I DID NOT HAVE THOSE $78 CHARGES REMOVED I WILL TRY AGAIN WHEN I RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT

I don't know how to express my gratitude to Novaalab and all the staff. Their attitude towards the quality of their company's products and their respect, responsibility and care for their customers are unprecedented in my life. I am a woman in my 70s. Unfortunately, I fell twice in less than two years. During these two injuries, I was fortunate to have the Novaalab Red Light Therapy Pad with me, which greatly helped me reduce the pain and recovery. My heart is full of gratitude to Novaalab. Based on my personal experience of treatment and rapid recovery, I strongly recommend this excellent product to all friends in need.

The Novaa Extra-Strength Healing Laser is easy to use. It is light weight and easy to handle. Thanks to NovaaLab for offering special promos to make this effective and powerful healing laser affordable. The Red light therapy is very effective in helping me to heal my muscles and joints - to reduce inflammation, increase blood circulation and reduce my muscle pain, even with my carpal tunnel syndrome.

I have been using my sister in laws unit and have already seen results in the 5 days I have used it. I have shoulder pain that was diagnosed as tendinitis by an HSS orthopedic surgeon. He recommended Meloxicam anti inflammatory and physical therapy. I took the Meloxicam as recommended with Physical Therapy for 6 weeks. Still had the pain and tried the Novaalab with GREAT results so far!!! Waiting for mine to ship.

I had a problem with the connection on my light pad. I called and sent the requested video. I received my replacement within a week of my call. Helpful, pleasant customer service and prompt response.
