Feb 25,2025Great benches however £29 for a 2 man delivery was excessive as they weren’t heavy and didn’t need a dedicated van. Cheaper delivery should be offered for smaller items.

I had a problem with delivery: one of the delivery personnel told me he had back pains so either I help to take the furniture up to the 2nd floor or they return the furniture to the seller. I find this kind of blackmailing unacceptable; I recommend using an other delivery company.

Feb 22,2025So far very good Hi, I ordered 2 Somerton book cases mid November 2024, the first was delivered very professionally by AIT home delivery within its 3-5 week delivery period and i am very happy with the quality and finish. The 2nd item a shorter book case however, had a 20-22 week and I am still awaiting this item, I can only hope this arrives in the next 6-8 weeks and I am equally as pleased.

Feb 20,2025Ordered bed and mattress, both of which seem to be of good quality. I was updated with delivery of items quickly when I emailed as I had to wait a few weeks for it to be made. Delivery was great. Needed help as the washers delivered were the incorrect size but rang customer service and they were really helpful and tried to rectify the situation by offering to post some new ones out. I instead went and bought the correct ones and they offered to reimburse me straight away. Mistakes happen but they couldn’t have done more to try and help solve the problem.

Feb 20,2025Ordered table and chairs with charcoal seats unfortunately when they arrived they were more brown than charcoal, am really disappointed as they dont match my decor. Phoned customer service but unable to help as they were correct item. Obviously I'm disappointed as the table and chairs are really nice but be aware when ordering that the colour on website is completely different to what I received. Update on my seat cushions, I was contacted by Vish head of customer service regarding the colour of my seats, he was extremely helpful and exchanged the pads at no cost to myself. I am really happy with the colour and over the moon with my furniture. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend Oak Furniture Superstore.

The chest is very good quality and just the colour I wanted, which is always a bit of a risk when buying online. I am delighted with my purchase.

They kept me updated every step of the way and I had my new dining set in less than 2 weeks. It is absolutely stunning and of the best quality, really solid and so easy to assemble, I will definitely be using this company again.
