Feb 15,2025Easy purchase, very nice dining table at a good price, delivery was a bit expensive (£29 on a £150 item) but it’s big and heavy so it is what it is, and delivery went smoothly so can’t complain. I would purchase from this site again.

Feb 15,2025I purchased a wardrobe and dresser. Both are solid oak wood, very heavy and well built. The dresser was assembled, just needed to put the drawer handles on. The wardrobe was in two pieces and needed to be stacked together. This was very difficult as the piece is so heavy. I had to hire someone to do, which I did not expect.

Started with a sideboard that was in the clearance sale and loved it, so ordered a chest of drawers and two bedside tables in the Dartmouth collection, was so delighted I ended up ordering again and spending £2500 and I have to say I’m over the moon, couldn’t fault this company and the quality of furniture. Customer service is excellent also, people are commenting on my furniture and asking where I got it , I’m so happy, thank you 🙏

Feb 14,2025we decided to buy from this company because of their ready to ship in 48 hour line - which is so convienient because we could then also choose a delivery date of our choice. the bed we ordered was the oak rattan super king and it was really easy to put up. quality is great, and delivery was exactly as expected because their communication was great.

Feb 13,2025Absolutely delighted with our Hemsley Oak dining table and chairs. Ordered on 6 Jan (knowing a likely 7-9 week delivery time as advised). Also received courteous email confirming such. 7th Feb received email from OFS advising details of delivery. Furniture delivered today 12th Feb and now assembled following clear instructions. As a customer I think the most important thing other than the product itself is the management of my expectations. Im delighted that in every way these were exceeded and we love the product. No hesitation in recommending this firm. One very minor piece of advice, send your email for a review once the product has been delivered rather than the day after order.

Feb 13,2025The furniture arrived packed extremely well, not a mark on it, unfortunately there were screws missing from one of the doors, the overall quality is very good. We are pleased with the product. It was only six small screws which already had. Just wanted you to know of the issue
