Well spoken, polite and met my needs in what I wanted and being it's our first time holiday to florida his expertise on where I need to go and be and reassurance that travel was all convenient for me and my family made me feel this will be a stress free holiday. Aug 10,2023In brief: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We was sold an ‘executive plus (luxury) villa’ turned up to a safety risk that was so run down with sockets hanging off the walls and wires setting on fire when plugged in, lighting not working, cooker smashed, stains on bedding, curtains falling down & holes in carpets. Only to be told there was nothing they would move us to and no way they’d refund or compensate me for arranging other accommodation. They are so underhanded constantly adding additional costs for things we’d already paid for making things up and continuing to invoice for it! This is quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. We booked a 2 week trip to Florida with them, paid for an executive Villa for 9 people plus cars (7 seater and 5 seater). The poor service and concerns started 2 weeks before we arrived. First it was them asking for another £10pp for ‘villa insurance’ (which we had to pay) then another £500 to heat the pool - which was actually in the contract as covered as we had upgraded to an executive - (supposedly luxury) villa. We didn’t know this however until we called the US office as our UK rep, was next to useless and didn’t ever respond to emails or calls. We then turned up to the Villa from hell - (1405 Rolling oaks drive champions gate) here is a list of all the horrific things wrong: The front door didn’t latch properly, the cooker was smashed, there was 1 sun lounger for 9 people lighting outside didn’t work - with wires exposed Light sockets hanging off of the wall Outside table unstable and broken When phone charger plugged in, it bubbled and burned settling on fire and almost sending the place up in flames! (Which would have been an improvement) Strains on bedding Hole in the carpets Patio door lock broken Extensive wear and tear - carpets ruffled so that you trip over them, nails exposed. Every piece of glass furniture smashed or broken. All walls scuffed and everything generally dirty. We did ask to be moved immediately, was told they had no properties, I offered to move myself as long as I’d get a refund for the villa - that was also denied! I was told maintenance would fix all these issues - They changed 1 set of bedding. Nothing else was done. The staff continuously lied and contradicted one another, talking over and shouting at us down the phone. Telling us that the Villa was great? In the end after 3 days of them not fixing anything and being constantly lied to, It was ruining our very expensive holiday, so we booked a lovely (truly executive) villa through Airbnb as this one was not safe in anyway. I formally complained upon arrival home and got offered a few hundred, they claim it was my choice to move (keep in mind the villa wasn’t habitable or safe). I have had a lengthy legal battle with them and finally got my money back. It’s been draining to say the least. So please avoid yourself the turmoil!

We had lots of questions and queries and this was never too much for Jane either. I will be recommending Ocean Florida to friends/family.

Unfortunately I never ended up booking with Ocean Florida but would 100% recommend and would hope to use the company in the future.

Aug 01,2023We booked our whole holiday through Ocean Florida 20 months before departure so we could pay it off in instalments. There were a few hiccups along the way but I found Ocean Florida to be super helpful . Sam was exceptional when British Airways decided to cancel or outbound flights 3 days before departure. Sam worked quickly and found us alternative flights without too much disruption to our original plans. Would definitely book with Ocean Florida again .

Jul 31,2023I went to Florida with Ocean Florida and the whole experience, as much as I loved Disney etc. was very good and I would strongly recommend anyone to look elsewhere. They put us in a motel that had cockroaches, no cleaning and a broken bed - it was horrific (which made us stay in the parks for extra long as we just didn't want to go to the motel). Most Saturdays, early hour gunshots could be heard.... The worst bit is that the car rental with Ocean Florida wrongfully charged us and took our WHOLE deposit, charged us for fuel when we gave the tank back full, and charged us things we agreed verbally we did not want. After contacting Ocean Florida, they state they are in contact with the rental to fix this, and literally has been 'waiting' on a reply for MONTHS. We came back mid May 2023 and it's the end of July now and STILL we have not received any money for our car deposit. It is a blatant stealing and, honestly, it is for this I am most upset. There is a severe lack of wanting to fix a solution from the customer and management side when things go wrong, and this whole ordeal has put me off ever using them again. I honestly think they are hoping I forget about the £300-400...

Jul 28,2023We arrived at our villa which was a bit tired and after a day or two the roof started leaking. We reached out to the team and their service recovery was excellent. We were offered a replacement villa and everything was organised quickly. The communication from Nelson and the team was great and the follow up was impressive. We always felt that the team genuinely cared about our experience and that we were in safe hands. Would definitely recommend.

Despite this excellent service I will not be taking the package holiday due to the expense / quote . And from this years holiday to America which consisted of villa / car hire /flights and duel universal /Disney 14 day ticket . It was considerably more expensive to book package through travel agent .

I couldn't be any happier with the amazing customer service I received from Chris Jones at Ocean Florida - friendly, knowledgable and fast to respond with any queries. He helped us tailor make our holiday experience advising on hotels, flights, passes and more. I changed my mind several times on dates and flights but he was patient and genuinly seemed to to care about getting us the best holiday and price he could. Would definitely recommend!
