Jul 25,2023I could have given zero star if it was an option. Everything went wrong. We went to the property which was a house of horror. When the emergency line finally answered the phone we were told we were trespassing and we had to go out of the house quickly. They offered us another house 1.5 hour away. We had to stay with relatives for two days and finally and reluctantly accepted a house offered to us just to find out that the whole of the house was infected with insects. The bedcovers were extremely dirty and we had to wash them all before they could be used. The house was far away from where we wanted to be. The ocean holiday we’re not helpful in anyway or shape. I will consult a solicitor when I get back home.

Jul 24,2023Right from booking with George to being 2 weeks from going staff have been helpful, efficient and friendly. We are a family group of 15 ranging from 3 years to 68 years with very specific needs. I feel we have been listened to and supported especially by Sam Colli whose prompt response has been perfect. Any concerns or queries have been quickly responded too by Sam. Booking for 15 is a big responsibility and Sam has been a great support she is an asset to the company.

Jul 22,2023Booked holiday via ba and was slightly nervous with mixed reviews but have been really happy with quality of home and service received. Villa in highlands reserve was immaculate and clean, perfect base. Had a few glitches with things at Villa (not holiday fault just some things broke) and customer service was brilliant, kept in contact and really quick to respond, people they sent out were really good and they followed up with us afterwards. It was a great trip, really pleased with Villa and happily recommend ocean holidays for rental in Orlando.

Jul 21,2023Made our family dream holiday come true, lovely villa, arranged all attraction tickets requested, car hire and flights,even a welcome grocery pack for when we arrived! a very stress free holiday! Had an issue with dryer that resolved itself but ocean Florida still arranged for a new one to be delivered straight away with the old one taken away for inspection. They have gone above and beyond and both service and customer service has been great! Highly recommend and will use again!

Jul 19,2023Darren Fletcher was so down to earth and very efficient - i organised my holiday with him but wanted to get my ESTAs back before paying the deposit - he called be as organised and i was in Thorpe park - as someone who has worked in a call centre this was drive me mad however Darren was super understanding and patient making booking my holiday a breeze! ive used ocean Florida a few times now and have always been really knowledgeable

Jul 25,2023This is the second time I have booked a trip to Orlando with Ocean Florida. Both times we have been looked after by Billy. He has been very helpful, sorting everything out, linking us to our friend's booking to make sure we are sitting next to each other on the flights and close by in the accommodation. Billy was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions about changes since our last trip. This will probably be our last trip to Orlando, but should we ever go again, I will deffo use Ocean Florida.
