I had the worst experience of my life with this company. I wish I could rate -5 PAV the salesman called me 3 times a day. To get the deal done, the coverage was crap, the service was non existing. Equipment took day to be swbt out to incorrect addresses and never arrived PAV would not take or return calls. I've sent multiple emails withing 48 hrs to cancel the agreement. Pav did absolutely sod all to resolve the matter. Only played delay tactics. A couple of people there was lovely but Pav was crap, a liar I have spent 6 months dealing with debt collectors and Vodafone due to false/misinformation from ONECOM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..

From start(oct 2021) to finish(June 2024)onecom have been terrible. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with any service provider for anything. It started with lies about how much I would be paying per month. Not sending the requested documents through so I had evidence of what was offered. Then having to pay more for things that I was told was free. The crazy increase in cost after the welcome period was over. The lack of ability of the call operators to answer even the simplest of questions. The bouncing between onecom and Vodafone because neither one wanted to take responsibility. Absolutely terrible. I'm so glad I'm out of this scam company. -10stars if I could.

Had a problem with seeing our Company phone bills on the cloud. Spoke to Lisa who was efficient and provided me with email copies until IT sort this little glitch, great customer service.

I phoned Onecom on 25/11/24 as I had been charged while in Spain, even though I received text messages saying I could use my monthly plan for no cost. I spoke with Chloe, who was really professional, helpful and resolved my issue immediately. Chloe also contacted me today confirming that a refund has been issued.

None payment of termination fee as promised. Have sent emails and messages no answer. The company said everything would be exactly the same after change over, it isn't, no reply from company. Spoke to 1 person who said he would be back intouch, he wasn't.
Was sold a dream from the start. Told week on week that I would receive my new phone yet was constantly delayed, when I told them to cancel the phone after 7 weeks of delays I was informed I will receive 1 months payment. But then after all of this they started my new contract without me even receiving the phone, leaving me without a working handset for 2 days as my contracts were closed down with my previous providers. I lost 2 days of business working in sales not having a phone and since been informed I will be offered a credit note of £3 for not having my handset. I have felt let down since the start of this journey and wish I was never got talked into cancelling my current contracts early and setting up with Onecom. I have ended up out of pocket when I was supposed to be making a saving. Will never use them again and advise anyone from being talked into setting up early with them in the future.
