No support a sll, I’ve began trying too live a problem for 3 months. I’ve been with Onecom trlucyss as Glyn for 6 years and they don’t resolve issues it takes weeks and months
The Customer Support Adviser, Ritik Arora, was SO very very helpful, and was very patient with my limited knowledge of technology. After having my phone stolen, and being quite anxious, he helped me get into my account online and retrieve my invoices, with phone numbers. It was a relief to be able to speak with someone via my landline.

I had ordered a new Sim card. It arrived the next day and it took about one minute to activate it. The advisor was very helpful and efficient.
Emily was really helpful an a delight to talk to. However she referred on to sort the problem but her colleagues have still not contacted me which is a disappointment

Please don't go with this company, I have tried to get out of my contract as I pay so much for just 3 sim only. Everyone I have spoken to has been really unhelpful, they don't care and I have been told I have to pay over a thousand pounds to come out of the contract...its just madness, I haven't even got new phones to show for it, something very wrong. It is causing me so much stress..I have been told by them to call Vodafone but when you do the call diverts to Onecom..and they know this..so very frustrating.
