Having made a call to Onecom to check our plan whilst overseas I got to speak to the wonderful Katy . From the get go she was super enthusiastic and very helpful and I came away with all the solutions that I needed for my trip . Customer service as it should be !!! Thank you
Awful! Been tied into contracts with this company (that i never asked to go to, i am meant to be on Vodafone) for years! Two year contract turns out to be a one year contract of paying one price and then the second year is a higher price. You can renew after the first year if you like, but that means you are tied in for another two years! Then once again, after one year the price is put up again. Part of my contract is that I pay a certain price then they refund me an amount, why can’t I just pay one amount? They say it’s because they have to charge me for a handset (that I don’t have) and then refund me for it because I don’t have it. But when it comes to that second year, I no longer get that refund so therefore pay for a handset I do not have. Fun! They fob you off with all the usual rubbish and you have no option other than to renew again or pay the premium. This time I’ve decided to pay the premium for one year then finally relieve myself from this company next year. I’ve since found out that actually I could have had my line rental reduced for the second year (wasn’t told this when I said I didn’t want to renew, only to pay the higher price) which I was only told when I was querying an invoice (you also can’t view detailed invoice so you have to request them which they send to you via email). So I’ve reduced it, but then the first invoice has come in and it’s higher (shock) so I enquired and they said I have another data sim on my account I am paying for! Oh wow, the data sim they told me was completely free when I renewed back in 2023? Oh yeah, turned out that was only for a year too…. Avoid avoid avoid unless you don’t mind being miss sold your entire time. Sorry for the review One Com but I have been round and round and round in circles with you and I’m fed up of no one doing anything about it.
I Was originally contacted by Onecom saying they could beat the price I was paying with EE. I was prepared to listen as I was not getting a good signal at the time. I was paying £36. I was told I could have a free entertainment package (spotify I chose) I could also have a mifi box (free, which I have never used). I was told that this was a special offer and would have to sign up there and then. A bit of a misleading conyract was sent with someone elses name on it.? Strangely I noticed money was being paid into my business account (£50)and vodaphone taking a larger amount than I had first been promised (£120) so mow my bill was effectively double. 18months through the contract the £50 subsidy has stopped and I am now paying £120 a month for one mobile phone. To rub salt in the wound spotify have contacted me to say my account will now be charged as my subscription has expired.So another £11 on top. I contacted Onecoms customer services who told me I am paying for 2 telephone numbers.Apparently the Introductory offer of free myfi was in fact a bit of a lie. Its not free so I am now paying for 2 phone numbers. I have asked for a recording of the calls . I feel this company are basically conning people. There is no cooling off period if you take out a business contract .So you are stuck with them. No upgrades of phones and tied in for 3 years. Buyer be ware .This company needs reporting. Vodaphones good name is being put to shame by letting them use it. If you ask to buy out of your contract you are quoted an unbelievable amount. Check out Facebook page Onecom complaints. There are hundreds of people and companies in the same boat.

Called Onecom today with a query around my bill. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the person I spoke to was very friendly and professional. Happy to say that I was able to resolve everything on one call which is a real time saver for me.
The phone was answered relatively quickly today. My questions was answered and information we required was provided. i was told a credit will be processed.

terrible misleading bullies - Do not trust, the lie and hide the truth from you. Do not deal with a company like this when there are so many great companies out there. They trade off Vodafones name but are just a middle man that you dont need.
Under no circumstances use this company their contracts are not reliable They miss sell the contracts They double your monthly fee and then charge you when they have breached your contract Be aware a 60 month contract
