They added Cyber Protect to my account without consent, and then billed me £50 per month because I didn't opt-out of the service I knew nothing about. Disgusting - and probably illegal - business practice.

Don't waste your time. Disrupted our business for weeks when we changed over to them. Not helpful in resolving their issues. Said they cancelled out BT contract, but they didn't so we were paying double. No interest in rectifying, said I had to sort it myself. Continuous issues with phone lines. Slower broadband speed than we previously had. They won't let you out of the contract, even in the first week. Reviews on here are Onecom employees trying to boost their rating. Look at all the 1 star reviews. Total scam, don't get sucked in!

I spoke to Manjeet who dealt with my enquiry, he was very helpful, polite and friendly, he was able to help me and provide me with the information I was looking for, I didn't have to wait at all, great service.

OneCom have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a business customer with them for a few years. I changed networks, service provided by onecom. My phone lines were deactivated and I was left without my business numbers for 3 weeks. They have an overseas call centre that take 30 plus minutes to answer. They only operate during the working day. You have to explain the whole situation every time you speak to someone, nobody takes responsibility for your account. Onecom offered me £50.00 for the inconvenience, I declined as I wanted my numbers working instead. The call taker didn't know what to do, so she ended the call and emailed me the offer, however no offer to resolve my problem. Changing networks is a simple task, onecom has made this a 3 week huge interruption to business. I had to purchase PAYG sim cards, my phone line was deactivated whilst I was out of town at a conference. I had no way of getting in touch with my team, equipment on the lorry needs data so that my crews can access the jobs, this was also deactivated during the day without any warning. The CCTV is monitored remotely, this is also via a data sim, the CCTV was impacted. So many elements of my business have been interrupted by me choosing to remain a oncome customer. Please take my advice, do not use them. If you are currently with them, move away at the end of the contract, as when it goes wrong, they do not care and will not resolve the problems. This will cost you business.

Scammers. Vile snakes. Leaches on society. Don’t let you leave without a fight and waiting to add their termination fees. For every real honest review (like this one). They put their 10 fake up. THIRD PARTY SCAMMERS. cut out the middle man

CON COMPANY. AVOID. They sell you a service that they don't actually deliver, and they don't let you out of your contract even when you're only a few days into it. Don't risk it, avoid them like the plague!

BE WARNED - NO COOLING OFF PERIOD. The service is terrible. I have never ever received such poor customer service, as well as such a poor system. We joined in March 2024, as they sold us a story of guaranteed faster internet speeds and a new digital landline. From week 1 we have had continuous issues, and the customer care has been almost non-existent. We tried to cancel our contract in the first week, but were told once the contract had started we could not cancel, even though we weren't receiving the service that we were promised. Still to this day (10 months later) we are experiencing regular issues with the system, and nobody at Onecom are interested in assisting, or letting us out of the contract. If we had known how awful Onecom were, we would have never switched to them from BT.

My links to renew my Entertainment package weren’t working but I got put through to Manjeet Sherawat who emailed me new links, talked me through it with care, sorted out the problem, reassuring me throughout, then phoned back afterwards to check I’d received the text and talked me through my next step. I felt like a valued customer

I have a query about international call charges. To avoid the queue for phone calls I used the chat service. After a short wait I was able to connect with Abhishek S. Abhishek was very helpful. He answered my questions clearly and then activated the international call charge facility for me. The process was quite straightforward and saved me many hours on the phone so I could do other things while I waited for any responses. Thank you to Abhishek and all at Onecom.

If I could have rated this company lower than one star I would have. They are con men. They would make the Cray twins look like a couple of Santa's elves. They lie. They con. They do not give a flying f. They are spivs .Vodafone SHAME ON YOU.

i received a call from this company who convinced me to leave O2. I was currenlty paying £14 a month with O2. Onecom said they could offer a plan with unlimited calls, text and data for the same price. What they didnt tell me was I would have to pay a £47 monthly bill then they will transfer me a refund of £33. I was never told this would be their process. I was told i would have a direct debt of £14 taken from my account monthly. This company finds customer that are not with Vodafone and offers them a better deal for you to leave the company you are currently with. Once they see you have a little interest in the plan they tell you great package but will not tell you the entire truth about their billing process. They will send you a long contract for you to read (while on the phone with them) and ask you to send confirmation that you agree before they can move on. This company is 100% untrustworthy. I hate i ever answered the phone when they called me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Manjeet was amazing he was really helpful and had great customer services. He was very polite, professional and helpful. The person I spoke with prior to Majeet was not helpful and sounded like he was in bed. He was lazy in helping me and could have had better customer services.
