We have ceased trading because we can no longer afford to carry on loosing money. All Onecom want is more money to end the contract which we haven’t got and still sending invoice’s asking to pay. It’s like they don’t understand that we are no longer trading so don’t need their service which has been not very efficient.

Currently trying to contact Onecom, without success. Phoned 3 times and waited up to 30 minutes in a queue. Sent an email, received a auto response with a ticket number promising a phone call !!

If you get a call from Onecom offering you a discount on your account be very careful to remember to call them after the first11 months of your contract. I was offered such a deal, strange thing is though you have to pay for example £50 per month and then they give you a discount of £40 about 3 days after they’ve taken your money. I forgot the 11 month period had passed and then paid £114 for 2 months until I realised no refunded discount. As they’ve taken your money they won’t refund anything as you’ve forgotten to call them ! I only had 20 gigs and unlimited calls/ text so not a lot of usage. I was told I hadn’t renewed the discount so now pay £39 per month 6 gigs etc. Funny thing though Onecom REMEMBERED to call me to tell me my 24 month contract would finish in janauary 25. Don’t bother with Onecom as they just rip you off, if I go direct to vodafone and get 20 gigs etc on a 12 month contract it’s £11. Stay clear or you will be out of pocket.
Spoke to Rohit K asked for a replacement esim as I have changed my phone. he said he requested this and the email will arrive within 4 hours. I explained to Rohit that the last colleague from Onecom said this and the email never arrived. I explained to Rohit that few days ago I spoke with Emily and requested esim and the email from Vodafone arrived within 1 min. Rohit did not seem to care, he just said tough - I have to wait and then closed the Chat! how rude! Now I'm thinking he is the same person that said I will get email the first time and this never arrived!

Onecom’s Service Nearly Destroyed Our Business – Beware! We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Onecom due to poor internet and telephone service, a complete lack of proper communication, and appalling customer support. Despite multiple bookings, engineers repeatedly failed to show up, with no explanation or updates provided. We were left in the dark at every stage, no matter how many times we followed up. Recently, after deciding to discontinue their unreliable service, Onecom offered us a complimentary full-fiber upgrade to retain our business. However, instead of improving the situation, they abruptly disconnected our phone number with no warning, just before a crucial holiday weekend—a peak period for restaurant businesses. This complete disregard for timing and communication has cost our business over £30,000 in lost revenue, as customers couldn’t reach us for reservations or orders. Even after numerous requests to resolve this critical issue, it took over two weeks with no active phone service. We are appalled at the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service at Onecom. If you value your business, avoid Onecom at all costs—our experience has been disastrous.
