Brilliant service
I’m stuck in hospital about as unwell as can be, and the one thing that I have to help fill my days is my iPhone, which gives me access to news and, via YouTube, all the infotainment I need. But the free hospital wifi is flaky so I am burning through my browsing allowance on 4G at a rate of knots. But guess what… I was able to upgrade to a massive browsing allowance for +£3 a month via a quick call to Onecom’s customer service where a friendly, articulate agent called Emily made the necessary changes in real time in a matter of minutes. I didn’t know there were still companies with a customer service offering worthy of the name, but now I know there are, and - boy! - am I impressed. And grateful.
The advisor was upfront and stayed in contact the whole time during our conversation.

I believe this company to be dishonest in its sales techniques and close to being a scam company. I've signed up to a mobile contract that I didn't really need despite them convincing me I did. That is my fault I guess, but now they completely hide behind a one sided "contract". Something I seriously wish I had never done....do not agree to a phone contract with this firm....they script the sale and draw you in, then you regret it!

I was on hold for well over half an hour which was very frustrating. My call handler Yash was very calm and polite from the start which reduced my growing anger. He answered my questions with total professionalism, speaking to him made the wait worth while, I am so glad that I got through to him. Thank you Yash, once again you're wonderful. OneCom have been our supplier of mobiles, landlines and data connections for many years and are always proactive and competitive at renewal time. Cost is a major driver but it's nothing without the service we need, Julie and Gareth, you are first class, long may it continue!
She took ownership of the problem was very patient and resolved everything on the first try so I couldn’t be happier. An asset to the company.
Poor very expensive price rises, terrible all together
I was contacted by Onecom telling me I needed to review my account due to analogue switch off. An engineer was arranged to attend site and I was promised my bill would go back down to original price when I first took out the contract (all on email). After the engineer visit my bill has gone up to over £200.00!! for basic broadband. I have spent all morning trying to get in contact with someone by both chat and telephone. No answers. Very frustrating, especially for smaller businesses. Avoid if you can.

Approached by Alex who had convinced me to change from Arial direct to OneCom. All seemed well and appreciated Onecom would pay me out of my current contract so went with the deal. My phone stopped working yesterday and I cant get through to him. I then went onto the support whatsapp and got nowhere. Dont let this happen to you. Ive been unable to make business phonecalls for the past 2 days now.
