Onecom seriously over promised and under delivered and I would urge anyone who engages with them to proceed with extreme caution. Their heavy handed sales tactics have resulted in me being switched to a service provider with inferior coverage paying more to boot. A really bad customer experience.
Initially contacted to confirm my free Amazon subscription end date but ended up discussing contract term and price hikes as well. Been reading lots of horror stories on line about how after the 17month period during my account review that my phone costs would go up. It is nice to have had reassurance that this won’t be the case.

customer service absolutely shocking reported a problem on saturday 2 days later still no response, been on hold for over 2 hours now wish i had never changed over,as how i am meant to run a taxi firm with phones saying not available,losnf faith and money,very poor for a communications firm
Now 6 days without buisness phone. Hours waiting on phone for tech support - no answer. Sent email, suppose to return call in 24 hours, quess what!! still waiting 4 days later. Can someone at onecom provide tech support, as per your promises, or is this another untruth.
