They called me today claiming to Be EE, then claimed EE business customers are passed to them by EE, then claimed they work alongside EE. Then asked my name and what tariff I was on, so obviously don’t have any EE details or work with or along side EE. They have lots of reviews from one review accounts. A company that has to gain business by claiming they are working with and along side large well known companies are generally just trying to get your money. I’d suggest be aware and don’t give out your details. If they work with your existing phone provider they would have all your information and not just your number. Be interesting to see their reply, probably try to dismiss what I’m saying. Only thing is they called a busies number and all calls are recorded, so I can back up what I say.

I sat on hold to speak to onecom for 45 minutes and gave up. I then went online to chat to Moriam who could not have been more helpful. She managed to take care of all of my queries. This five star is certainly for her! If I had to rate the helpfulness of the phone support I’d struggle to give a 1 star - not all of your customers will want to deal online. Thanks Moriam 😁👏

Great help and sorted every out straight away
I took out a sim only contract for 24 months. I paid them £30.73 monthly and they refunded me £17.80 per month. They stopped refunding me in month 22, the last refund being paid on 15.12.23. I have only just noticed they had stopped paying the refund. When I queried this I was told that the refund stopped in month 22. I said no-one had told me. They said it was in the paperwork I was sent when I took out the contract. I am sure they are correct but I have no memory of having been told that at the time. They did not inform me in December 2023 that the refund was stopping but continued to draw down the £30.73 until today, 10.6.24. That means I have been paying £30.73 per moth for a sim only, 6 GB data, unlimited minutes and texts. This is shoddy practice.

Naomi in customer services, Suzie, our BDM and Harriet, our BDC have been so amazing, migrating our mobile estate over to them has been efficient and risk-free. We have more management and communications over our account than we ever have previously. A pleasure doing business with them.
I was dealt with by Alice Mathews and throughout the transition of my phone account she has explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was happening. This really helped as I'm not particularly IT/phone savvy. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and is a credit to her company

We've been a customer of Onecom for quite a few years now and they continually prove to be the best mobile reseller we've ever worked with. Customer Service Manager, Julie, is always on the ball and very quick to respond to queries and follow up actions whenever I get in touch. We get monthly reviews from our account manager, Helen, who always provides advice on how we can reduce our monthly spend. Orders placed for hardware are dealt with quickly and effectively. I would not hesitate to recommend Onecom to anyone.

I was really stressed about my bill because it didn't make sense at all again!!! I'd been over charged in April... And again in May.... So I needed to speak to a human being!!! I spoke to Chloe 😊 she promised to contact the billing team and get the overpayment refunded to me in June... Chloe was very efficient and have me confidence that she would get it sorted... Thank you chloe so much you're a super star... 😊

Jun 15,2024Absolute scammers. 12 months of hell being bounced from onecom to vodaphone and being chased for 10 grand by a third party. Thankfully an ombudsman’s went in my favour and my nightmare was over. They tell you your package is £111 pound and they thro in a dongle and Spotify and give u a £100 discount so you only pay 11 a month. What they don’t tell you is vodaphone take £111 every month plus vat then onecom put 100 less vat so 86 pound back into your account. So like me I wasn’t vat registers I lost another 14 each month plus I had 2 contracts so double that and the kicker is your locked in fur 3 years and on month 17 onecom stop paying u the £86 pound. It’s a clever well rehearsed scam that has catches a lot of ppl out. Cicas has been very busy thanks to onecon as I like to call them. Trust pilot review are fake. Soon as negative reviews go up they flood with positive reviews becouse they no ppl only go 3 pages in max. I will repost this daily. Even if it stops one person from getting oneconed. Also search Facebook for oncom scam group lots of story’s in there to back me up and help u if u have fallen for it
