Aug 03,2021Well where do I start with online spas they were so helpful in helping me decide which took was best for me and my family they gave me all different options of finance which are easy manageable and affordable we had difficulties getting the hot tub the eye required and this did take longer than expected however they organised a replacement for the same value and it was delivered within a week and installed fantastic service from the team the poor guys who had to come and install it had a little bit of a obstacle course and Trek to get it into situ however they just laughed it off and didn't moan and managed to get it into place they explained everything to me in great detail on how to use the spa and the best ways economically to run it any question I had whether it was silly or not they answered it with the upmost respect thank you guys for installing a fantastic hot tub it was great doing business with you all and I would definitely recommend online spas to any of my family and friends you've been amazing even if have needed any answers I've called them and they have been there for me once again thanks a lot team you've been brilliant

Miles and Freddie set all the tub up for us and showed us how to use it, it was ready to use later the same day. The only reason it is not 5 stars is due to the shipping delays and that I needed to keep calling for an update. Apart from that I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thanks again.

From Ash on sales who was very detailed in his advice on which tub would suit our requirements to Miles and the install team who spent time not only setting the spa up to perfection but also explaining the chemicals and control. Right from the beginning they were amazing with answering all of our questions and helping us to choice the best option to suit our needs. Communication was great and the staff were always super friendly and professional. We spoke we Ashley most of the time who was amazing, and put up with us and all our questions. The hot tub was delivered before the potential date which was amazing as we were obviously keen to get it here and set up. Miles and Freddie were the guys who delivered the hot tub and were just superb. It was clear they were very experienced and made it all look easy. They got it in place and then got it all set up and filled. They went through all the different parts and showed us how to use everything. They talked us through the chemicals and how much to use etc. They were very professional and super knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending online spas and no doubts that the 5 star service we had would be experienced by other customers.

Jul 29,2021Ordered Fiji Spa on Sunday afternoon at Yorkshire Food & Drink festival, paid our deposit Tuesday afternoon and was delivered Wednesday evening at 8pm, the delivery guys were there till 10pm setting everything up and showing my partner how to use all the features. Very impressed with the service and efficiency received. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

Jul 29,2021After a long wait we finally got our hot tub, after waiting months for it to be delivered, which was almost a year ago.. lights worked for a few days but not since. Have contacted on line spas more than 20 times and still not working. Haven’t even responded to the last email asking for an update on the part apparently require to fix it, although we have had a few parts replaced. So disappointed with the after sales service which is a shame as the guys were brilliant at the install, I wish I had bought elsewhere as other companies cannot believe we have had this issue. No point having a hot tub at night with no lights! Shocking after sales service! Even stopped my direct debit to see if that will help progress the issue. Was so pleased at first.. so excited and feel totally let down!

Aug 05,2021Totally professional service.Tub arrived when due, we ordered a blue which we knew would be a wait.We were kept well informed at all times. The tub was installed within a short time and although not being a new tub owner, we went through the installation and maintenance program which is very simple…couldn’t be a better buy..thankyou..
