Jul 26,2021I can not fault Online Spas and the two… I can not fault Online Spas and the two guys Bart & Seb, who delivered my St Lucia Hot Tub last week. The heat was unbearable and with tricky access to my garden, nothing was too much trouble, they remained Very professional and managed to get the tub onto my garden safely. I can’t thank them enough. They explained everything I need to know about my new tub. The whole family will all be enjoying our new hot tub. Thank you.

Jul 24,2021Highly recommend this company they were great from the start a couple of delays but that wasn’t their fault it was beyond their control kept us updated the installation team Seb & Bart were fabulous talked us through it all made sure we fully knew how to use it and most of all were extremely polite and didn’t rush it .cleaned everything up after themselves Philip stevenson

Jul 24,2021This company have been brilliant from the initial phone call to installation. There were some delays but we were kept up to date and informed every step. The installation team were excellent, phoning to tell us when they’d arrive. Nothing was a bother to them and they were so helpful and friendly and nothing was a bother (Seb & Bart). I would thoroughly recommend using this company!

Jul 23,2021100% recommend. All the team members I spoke to communicated really well throughout the whole process. Arrived within a week. The fitters were really helpful, informative and kind. Fitted quickly but not rushed - and talked me through everything they did. Make sure you have a socket and a working tap though 🤣

Jul 23,2021Had my hot tub delivered today by Myles and Chris, both were very pleasant and helpful. Showed me how to use the tub and apply the chemicals very clearly. Really happy with my phantom hot tub and the brilliant service. Would highly recommend.

Jul 23,2021Excellent service from start to finish, we’d been looking at hot tubs for a few weeks then dropped on David at the Great Yorkshire Show he was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right tub for us, then delivery day came and Seb and Bart were fantastic they delivered the tub while electrics were still been installed, so had to leave us to deliver elsewhere but came back later to complete the installation and explain everything we need to know, nothing is too much trouble for these guys

Jul 22,2021So ordered our St Lucia on Monday 12th and it arrived today Wednesday 21st, the whole sale was quick and low pressure to buy, which is nice, Today’s delivery went quiet smooth (little mix up with my phone number) but it soon got sorted and every thing was explained really well by the delivery and installation guy Seb, only downside is I’m too impatient to wait for it to heat up, so I’m writing this with my feet dangling in a hot tub at 24 degrees 🤣

The lads who delivered were very polite and knowledgeable about the spa and very patient, taking the time to explain everything to us so that we understood what we needed to do. Jul 19,2021Online Spas provided a fantastic service and even though we encountered problems due to Covid my hot tub was delivered and installed yesterday. Sebastian & Bart worked so hard in the 29 degree heat and took time to explain everything to us. This is our 2nd purchase within 12 months as we have moved house and on both occasions we got a great deal, excellent service so would definitely recommend On Line to anyone contemplating on buying a hot tub

Jul 17,2021I would advise not to use this company I got my hot tub in December constantly tried to get some one out to look at it once a engineer rang to say 11.30pm at night I told them not a chance then yesterday they came out said it was fine sorry it is not as I have had hot tubs before, then for Chris to say we have miss used it with chemicals ummm had them before and we have contaminated it seriously then had the cheek to ask for a call out fee as they have been out several times dont think so my dog would definitely let me know so left with a faulty hot tub we are to blame as they have said your company is a joke I will be reporting your company as it is absolutely shocking
