Jul 16,2021I had my doubts and concerns buying from an online company, but oh my goodness, what a fantastic service we have had. I think Ashley in the sales team has answered every question under the sun that I threw at him at anytime day or night, 7 days a week. Our hot tub arrived earlier than we were to expect and was delivered quickly. The installation team were incredibly helpful, they showed us how to care for the hot tub and set it up for us so it was all ready to go. To be honest I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you guys.

Jul 16,2021Ordered our Bali hot tub in march and was told 3 month wait so delivery mid June, perfect amount of time to get the garden ready! Most of my communication was through Facebook messenger, always had a reply usually within a couple of hours. I found the sales people friendly and helpful as they answered my numerous questions. I had a text to say due to shipping issues my hot tub had been delayed but it wouldn't be to much longer, was contacted again at the end of June to confirm when it was coming in to the country and it was delivered yesterday as promised. I couldn't be around for installation but my son oversaw it whilst the installers video called me to go over what they had done and how to use and maintain the machine. cant fault the communication and loved our first night in the hot tub!!

Jul 15,2021Complete waste of time at the beginning seemed ok then it was delay after delay but they never communicate this to the customer And when they did send any information (text from a director) it was just complete lies Told hot tub is on the boat then told it’s delayed again I have become very disheartened with the whole process so I have cancelled my order and to add insult to injury no deposit refund as the hot tub is due in to warehouse in 2 weeks Never use completely useless avoid avoid avoid Still haven’t returned my deposit even though the delays are not my fault Don’t make promises you can’t keep

Jul 14,2021Brought a hot tub in March and all good until a problem arose. Have now had nothing but problems getting the right person out to fix properly. No contact from them now for 2 weeks even tho emails have been sent. Poor workman ship sending people out that have no isea what they are coming to fix and when they arrive have no fixings or tools even the when they try they leave the problem not fixed and in terrible condition Communication POOR and wished we had NEVER of brought from this company bear wear !!!! The sales team Adele and Ian were great on the phone and very helpful and then delivery and install from miles and Freddie was awesome thanks for a great and easy experience highly recommended

Jul 05,2021I purchased a Roma Spa from the company min Feb and got it delivery in June,the 2 lads got it installed in just over 1 hour and delivery great service and help with me understanding how to program the Jacuzzii to run different cycles and also explained what chemicals need to be put in the water at curtain times. Would have them back again to perform yearly maintenance checks on the tub to ensure its running at the best it can 👍👍
