I ordered my tub in April. I ordered a more expensive tub to get it 2 months earlier. It was disappointing that this was delayed by 6 weeks and counting. However it was down to China and the problems at that end rather than the company. I worked with company and we agreed on a different in stock tub and it was delivered the next day! 😀 quick, friendly and amazing service. All fitted set up and ready to go. Really happy with tub so far and would recommend the company 😌

Ordered filters back in may. Still waiting despite call to chase. Called a week ago to cancel order and request refund. Still waiting for refund. Since delivery of hot tub not impressed. Nobody answers phones it seems.
Ordered and paid for filters for my daughter and was promised next day delivery on the Saturday due to incorrect information and then when called on Monday to check was told they would be next day even confirmed coming to MY address not my daughter's as knew she wouldn't be home and I was told they had to go to cardholders address and that being my address they hadn't even been sent out I then got shipping info on the Tuesday to say shipped they didn't come weds so called weds was Told 100% they had been sent next day the day before which was lies as they showed on tracking they were only at Doncaster hub anyway sat waiting all day Thursday NO FILTERS my daughter got home from hospital.to a card saying could not deliver so now have to wait for redelivery yet they should not have even been sent to her address. Very poor communication and incorrect information they have promised my daughter a discount over the next 12 months but just be aware if you have bought the Roma tub you can only buy filters from online spas and they don't send next day when they promise you so allow plenty of time to receive them Peter Kelly
I’m Very pleased with my hot tub the whole process was easy and the ability to supply and deliver when I wanted was so advantageous all staff were very pleasant Miles my installer was very helpful and knowledgable he and Freddie were very efficient and polite

Hot tub is great we did think it had fountain feature as the picture online for that model showed it did but unfortunately we did not read the spec properly so it didn't which was partly our own fault We also had an issue with the Bluetooth stereo connection but they quickly sent out and engineer who replaced a faulty part and it works fine now and we are very happy with our purchase

Mike was really helpful and informative from the beginning of the process. We had a mishap with our original spa not being available on our anticipated delivery date but Mike managed to help us by switching us over to a different spa so that we could get our hot tub in time for our event. Installation was also brilliant, very helpful with the set up and explaining everything we needed to do/get. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future. Thanks.
The hot tub is amazing however the luxury hamper was extremely disappointing. There was no luxury or hamper, in fact it was a cake and a bottle of Prosecco. Maybe online spas just need to offer a complimentary gift and not mislead the customers with the words luxury hamper.
Day 2of having my hot tub my lights broke, it has blown an outside socket so we had to use another double outside socket,emptied the hot tub and re-filled it 3weeks ago it only was up 3days....it had blown that double socket(the double socket it has ran in for months may I add) only to find when we un plugged it, there was a 20amp fuse in a 13amp plug! It hadn't just blown the socket but burnt all inside the plug!!we have had an electrician out and it's not our sockets it has to be something with the hot tub! currently been left with two sockets to buy and to be be re fitted out of my own pocket.weeks down the line we have a hot tub we can't use as we are waiting for a cable, engineers did come out 2weeks ago but wanted to fit a cable with no RCD I refused as the cable they took out had an RCD and after the experience I have had I wanted to be as safe as possible!! On line spas rang last week to arrange to come out today to fit the cable... I've sat in all day only to get a phone call at 3.55pm to see if someone can come out tomorrow!! Seems someone has forget to ring and tell me that no-one was coming today because the cable didn't arrive till this afternoon!!! 100%furious!!!
Due to the current situation the hot tub took a little longer than expected to arrive but we are very happy with it. The advice that i had from the sales person was great and it fits perfectly into our new cabin area as we were limited by shape/size when we bought it. Would certainly recommend this company to others.
Wish all on-line companies were as easy to deal with as Online Spas! No waffle when we telephoned to enquire just a £50 deposit to secure and a indication on when we might want it - we said May and at the beginning of May they telephoned. On the day of arrival the 3 guys did an absolute marvellous job and had it in place within 15 minutes and commissioned in less than 3 hours. They explained everything and even left a mobile number if case we any any queries. The price of the unit was very competitive and when we got to see it in the flesh it was every bit as good as it looked. We've since engaged a company to look after it and they are as equally impressed with the unit - to the extent that one of the owners is looking to buy one for himself! Everything first rate - couldn't fault them on anything. More than happy.

Jul 05,2021Hi. We originally ordered a spa which was due to be delivered in July but decided to change it to a 48 hour delivery fir an upgrade The staff was great and very helpful. We signed paper work on the Monday and hit tub got delivered on the Tuesday and Richard was amazing explaining everything and very helpful I actually remembered most of it to them repeat to my partner. I Would definitely recommend online spas 10/10
