Jun 21,2021all excellent so far! took a little while to arrive but faultlessly installed by Richard & his mate. Called when they were on their way, courteous and helpful, they were a pleasure to deal with as have their colleagues in the office! Fingers crossed for a happy hot tub experience!!

Jun 20,2021Again i am chasing this company to repair a defect on the hot tub. unbelievably I receive this response when I threatened legal action. Good afternoon Mr Ward, I had planned to contact you on monday to inform you that a specialist would be in touch through the week to look at the scope of the flaking with the intent to carry out repairs and to confirm if this damage had indeed bene caused by the use of chlorine tablets in your system, Regards Its only ever with a prompted email that they reply and get the same response next week next week. The excuse that tablets are to blame for the defect is really clutching at straws. So these guys are saying you cant put tablets in the spa? And blame the fault on that even though the fault was there before tablets were used and that 80% of the problem is outside the waterline. the last excuse was it was a residue left by manufacturing. i am sure if you buy a hot tub and you don't have issues than you will feel they are good. but as I have clearly had an issue there response is very unprofessional

Jun 17,2021The product is amazing. Excellent value for money with all it’s little extras such as Bluetooth sound system, underwater lighting and chemical pack. The installation was very slick with the guys knowing exactly what they were doing. Nothing was a bother, including taking the gate off. The company have been good to deal with and have kept us up to date with delivery and installation dates and times. Highly recommend

Jun 17,2021Excellent service from Online Spas received delivery today and over the moon with the tub. Very competitive pricing and good quality hot tub. Mikey in sales was so helpful when I first enquired and on the end of a phone for any further questions. We even rung up with our electrician here and he put him onto a colleague to ensure we had had the correct wiring installed for a 30amp (definitely recommend 30amp). Ste who delivered with a colleague was also excellent and great customer service, friendly and helpful. He explained everything fully and no issues with installation. Would high recommend Online Spas. Many thanks and enjoy all….

Jun 17,2021Loving our new st Lucia hot tub, the guys who delivered it Gaz and Jordan were very professional and informative. Told us about lights, jets, bluetooth, all about testing,ph levels etc the filters, emptying cleaning and filling up. Most of all enjoying it. Wish we had brought one years ago, thank you so much online spas, I would highly recommend them.

Jun 16,2021After waiting some time due to covid and shipment the hottub was delivered and the installation was done due to some difficulty with openings into the garden the team managed to overcome and instalation was completed, the team explained everything there was to know about hottub jets, cleaning, ect very polite good service.

Jun 15,2021Although there was quite a wait from time of purchase to time of delivery once delivery day came the service was excellent. The installers were very experienced and nothing was a problem for them- including removing the gate in order to get the hot tub into the garden! The product itself is awesome and well worth the wait. We got an excellent deal on the St Lucia tub with plenty of extra features. Would highly recommend this company.

Jun 21,2021Lack of updates about delay of delivery. Agreed to purchase in mid April for delivery in May. Only at the end of May were we advised there would be delay following us chasing, delayed until Mid June, then mid June turned into July and then we received a call to say August... We had to change product being purchased to ensure a quicker delivery which was alot more in price. Once delivery confirmed commuincation was great and arrived on time, supplied and talked through instillation however I would have preferred a proper instruction booklet for such a large purchase rather than a printed document. We do however love the hot tub!
