Jun 12,2021We finally received our hot tub yesterday after several delays since March, although these delays were out of their control o felt at points their communication could have been a little better although they were always polite, courteous and apologetic on the phone. The installation team were fantastic following what was an already long day for them and after our install faced a 5 hour journey home they remained upbeat, helpful and talked us through everything thoroughly without rushing or any urgency of getting away to get home. The guy who set out hot tub up went above and beyond and that was really appreciated. We have the Roma which is just as advertised and looks great. Speaker sounds are excellent and the lights and general look of it is great value for money.

I cannot thank the sales team to the installers enough as I was promised that it would be installed before our family get together on the 13th and it is the 9th today so everything that was promised has happened. The two lads Steve and Lewis were out of this world thank you so much 😊 even when I forgot something that he had told me I phoned him after and he was happy to help. Once again thank you #onlinespas

Jun 09,2021Excellent service, from start to finish the whole ordering process was straight forward, They answered all my questions I had, they informed us of what we needed to install before the Hot Tub arrived. All staff are friendly and very helpful on the phone, the installers were efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. The quality of the hot tub is out-standing. Jun 09,2021Miles and Dan fitted our spa (park lane) yesterday, would highly recommend this company as they were highly professional, efficient and friendly service. They were clean and caused minimal disruption. They had a good laugh with each other to make the time pass quickly. I’m overwhelmed by the performance of this hot tub. Great jobs lads! Jun 08,2021I ordered a Sicilian and the customer service I received throughout the process was amazing. Our hot tub delivery was delayed due to the blockage in the Suez Canal which couldn’t be helped but we were kept well informed, which was greatly appreciated. Our hot tub was installed but two lovely technicians who were clean and explained everything to us. We have had our hot tub now for 6 weeks and are so happy that we chose to purchase ours with Online Spas as they have continued to provide support with any questions we have had in a very timely manner and would recommend them to anybody.

Jun 07,2021Ordered the St Lucia and was told June/July, had it installed today by Dan & Miles, they called when they were on their way and arrived on time, clean & tidy, explained everything clearly. Cannot fault their service today. Would definitely recommend.
