Jun 07,2021We love our spa!!! We ordered and team were great! Sharing that they would be in contact mid May for delivery. Unfortunately we did have to chase and didn’t get out spa until June. Which did make us a bit upset. Communication does need to be worked on- if there are delays just be honest! People appreciate this. But saying all that the spa is perfect , delivery team were great and so knowledgeable!! The start and end of purchase were good but the bit in the middle made me take off a star! All round good spa and cost was very reasonable with what we had as extras! Delivery chemicals steps and lid all in price! Thank you!! We are now enjoying my our spa in the sunshine! 😀

Jun 06,2021Got the St Lucia Installation was great by Sebastian his colleague, nothing was to much trouble even helped me remove a stuck gate, customer services always happy to help with any query, would thoroughly recommend to any one and have to some of my fiends already really happy with my product thanks

Jun 04,2021Very sad to have to update the review but our new £11,000 swim spa broke on the 1st hour of use after spending 2 full days heating up. 3 weeks on still not working and no local engineer available to fix it or diagnose the fault. Constant chasing on the phone for updates. Promises of refunds for out of pocket costs to me and nothing refunded. Spoke with David the director to request a return of faulty goods to be told no I need to let them try fix it (despite 3 weeks waiting for just that) ended up with being told no refund and now persuing other avenues as massively out of pocket.

Jun 03,2021Brought a scilian spa from these 3 weeks ago very professional people installing was quick and easy with there guys and they pass there knowledge on to you with tips etc I would recommend any person to buy one and from these guys 10/10 very happy family here Ref number 003

May 28,2021We ordered a St Lucia hot tub. Wow. Fantastic service throughout. Very satisfied customer. Placed my order, given an estimated delivery date and was kept updated with delivery etc. On the day of delivery the two gentleman came installed the tub and even cleaned up after themselves. The tub itself is excellent and considering we only took receipt two days ago I fear we may never leave it lol Thank you Online Spas great service, great product. One very happy customer. Thank you

Installation was quick and both guys Jordan and Gaz knew what they were doing. I was shown how everything worked and any questions answered honestly. Fantastic from start to finish.

May 28,2021Absolutely in love with our new St Lucia Luxury Spa HotTub. It’s taken pride of place in our garden and we so excited for the relaxing summer nights and the winter dips💗 Can’t fault the tub at all, great size for a family of 5 and not too big, taking over the garden. It’s Deeper than a few we’ve seen and been in and fairly quick to heat the water. The 13amp aspect of it was my only concern, as the spa jets and heater can’t be on at the same time. This was soon laid to rest as the jets run for 20mins and then the heater kicks back in so the temperature doesn’t appear to drop due to the insulated tub. This may drop slightly quicker during winter months but I don’t expect we will spend as much time in it during winter. My only 2 annoying things with the whole thing is that the steps we recieved aren’t the ones we were expecting after being sent photos of what we would be getting. I prefer the look of the other set but these ones will be fine now I’ve got used to them. Secondly we were not given a user manual in our pack to flick through but this has now been rectified after speaking to online spas. The instillation went smoothly as we don’t have direct assess so the tub had to come through a neighbours driveway. The team were polite, knowledgeable and spent time explaining how to maintain a healthy HotTub. All in all we are new to HotTub ownership and up to now we have no regrets. May 28,2021Great hot tub but poor customer service and aftercare. The hot tub was damaged upon delivery. Fitters said they will replace the part a week later - 6 months on, no conclusion despite numerous emails and calls. Someone eventually turned up with the wrong part and/or wrong tools for the job. Suffice to say, hot tub still has the defect and I am now storing the wrong part they left behind and still no resolution. Upon reflection. They only care about the initial payment and it’s all downhill from there.

To get the hot tub in to the garden wasn't easy to say the least, but they managed it and got it in to position taking care not to cause any damage. After dealing with Mike from the sales team who gave me good sound advice and didn’t pressure me to buy, just gave me the information and guidance that I asked for to which hot tub was suitable for me and my family and he absolutely delivered. I was able to chose various set ups for my hot tub and have it because made and was delivered and installed before the time frame I was given. The installation team Richard and Steve were excellent, professional and knowledge and had the hot tub up and running in less than 2 hours including explain all the features and how to use and maintain correctly. May 25,2021Online Spas were by far fantastic value for money. We couldn't believe the prices compared to other companies so checked the reviews and all looked brilliant. We paid a small deposit and told when to expect our order. It was slightly delayed but we were kept informed of this. The 2 guys who delivered were fantastic and we couldn't ask for better customer service from them. We were in the hot tub the next evening and haven't looked back since! Great family investment - easy set up easy to use and amazing tub! Would recommend to everyone - infact we already have! Great all round service & tub. Mr & Mrs Boulter Essex
