May 23,2021Ordered 2 Hot Tubs for holiday cottages, paid a deposit, they arrived within 2 weeks, delivered on the day and time promised. Delivery lads were excellent, set the tubs up, filled them and showed us how they work.......and all this before they took full payment. Excellent service, will defo be going back to them for the next hot tubs

May 18,2021We are absolutely over the moon with our hot tub. Online Spas were fantastic & I made calls continuously before placing my order! I am a complete novice & was so unsure about chemicals & which one would suit our family . They were brilliant from start to finish. The set up was explained fully & we are delighted. The after sales is equally as efficient . I highly recommend

May 17,2021Very impressed with online spa's. My order was due for delivery in May an din fact they were able to deliver it on 30th April. This did mean that I had to have an evening installation, but that was my choice and am so glad that I did. The installers were very friendly and hard working and helpful.The hot tub is a great way to end the day sitting in the warmth with a beer. Online spas were very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed with progress. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a hot tub.

May 16,2021My delivery was great and the boys Miles and Dan were very patient and friendly with a lot of knowledge and understanding, as the tub had to be handballed from my neighbours garden they done fab job with a very tight and awkward spaces and once installed they gave all the instructions to watch read and how to do explanations fantastic.

May 12,2021My Dubai Got delivered Last Wednesday, after fully installed I was informed no testing strips or steps. No problem as will be here tomorrow...ok thanks .... can deal with one day not being able to use... Sunday still nothing..... so i posted on Online spas FB page, get a call today ONE WEEK later saying my post has been seen they was sent out Monday (so why has no one called me before?) Its now 1440hrs no sign of steps ... oh but I got offered a free £43 additional starter Kit... More of an insult when iv had a Hot tub that cost me over £6k sat here a week.... I will be reading T and C's about sending back and would strongly recommend avoid this company all!!! Update 1540hrs, My steps have arrived no testing strips as promised (still cant use hot tub), steps I have to build myself after paying £499 delivery and install..... Update 2... "MD" calls me, apologising saying will call back tomorrow once the testing strips here (8 days later) this was last Thursday .... no call as of yet.... seriously don't be like me and fooled by there Bulls@it Update 3 following Online spas comments: - I ordered through a affiliate? news to me the initial communication was though Online spas fb page.... funny that..... as I explained to call centre - I was only told no steps or testing strips. once they had got hot tub in ( I had to assist as they sent two men to deliver a 440kg hot tub, and it had to go up 2 steps through a tight gap as per video sent in) £499 well spent ayyy... - Conversation with MD im 99% sure he said I have your number i will call you directly tomorrow... never the less two weeks later no call when iv called him and been promised a call back...... - As for total review of company, my review is valid to do with company, and my experience with them and the aftercare I have had.... ZERO .... As for Network rail delaying my shipment that funny when i was told it was held up on ships as far as I'm aware NWR don't run ships? regards And again People don't be fooled like I was take your money elsewhere!!!

May 12,2021Bought the Vienna Hot tub two weeks ago, and we love it. Mike was very helpful on the phone and answered my six thousand questions :-) Great communication and then delivered within 4 days, the chaps Steven & Rick who installed in and gave us maintenance/chemical training were professional and had it set up in no time. Didn't think it would all be so easy. Great service have already recommended to friends.

May 12,2021wrote a positive review when we first had our hot tub fitted couldn't fault the delivery or fitting but the customer service after is shocking don't answer emails and get fobbed off on the phone. Since October its gone wrong twice constant battle to get a repair now the lights have stopped working just emailed but wont get a reply. When we took out finance we got a call if you change finance to us we will give you £200 free chemicals (didn't bother us as only needed it for a couple of months till we paid if off) took 6weeks to get the first delivery which wasn't sent with the hot tub ended up buying them sent an email 3 weeks ago for more chemicals no reply and no chemicals. When the hot tub was delivered we had a piece of paper saying leave positive feedback on 2 sites and you will get a luxury hamper i have now given up waiting for said hamper and changing my positive to negative (hence all the positive reviews they are wanting their hampers) if you order from online spas good luck with after sales you will need it........

May 10,2021The delivery guys did really well to get the Roma hottub into our garden as it’s quite difficult. They managed to get everything sorted even in the rain. The customer service I received was good and everyone was polite. Kids absolutely love it, can’t get them out!

May 24,2021We ordered our Roma from online spas through the tub hub UK. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Really friendly customer service so helpful at outlining the various different options for us i.e. purchasing or finance. Seb and the rest of the installation team on the day were lovely and really worked hard in the torrential rain to get our tub in the perfect spot and made sure we knew exactly how to look after it properly. Nothing was too much for them!
