May 09,2021We have just had our hot tub installed and well what can I say!! The service/installation was incredible I can't recommend Miles and Danny enough. They explained everything very thorough and got everything ready and installed quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and friendly. Ash was amazing with keeping us updated with where they were up to with the hot tub being delivered and any questions we had. thank you

Miles was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions explained fully all chemicals to be used and controls for the tub and care for use . Nothing was to much trouble for these guys Now enjoying our hot tub !! Great quality Great service Thanks tracey

Due to the long day couple of bits missing but another team arrived couple days later to give us some great tips to looking after the Tub we love it !!! Great price too Highly recommend this company 👌 👌

May 08,2021Very poor customer service. The hot tub is not the quality that was sold as low jet pressure. Spa’s online are passing the buck even though complained within 48 hours of delivery

May 05,2021Had my tub a week now and i have to say i have been really impressed with the service we have recieved from placing the order to delivery. Information given about the requirements was clear, delivery was great, i had too change the delivery date a couple of times and they were accomodating and really great about about it. The delivery guys were awesome and really knew thier stuff and no question was too daft!! The tub is amazing and we have actually spent a whole week away from tech and just connecting as a family again, which is brilliant. Would totally 100% recommend!

Apr 30,2021Had our hot tub fitted on Tuesday by Miles and Dan. Great lads, very efficient. Couldn’t get the hot tub in as planned via the neighbours garden behind us. They ended up bringing it through 3 of our neighbours gardens. Was quite difficult but they managed it fine and then set up the tub. Provided all information needed and showed us both how to use the tub. Very knowledgable and informative. Love the tub. Very happy with the tub and service received. Definitely recommend!
