I bought my Louisiana about 6 months ago and really wish I had gone to a proper and professional company , after hot tub was installed I found lights weren’t working took ages to come and sort them my Bluetooth packed up it took that long to come out I ended paying for another company to come and sort out , now my programmer has stopped working so I can’t even use it and they tell me they are struggling to find the part (really) I am paying for something that is can’t use it’s not fare . Stay clear of these and use a company that care and sell you better quality hot tubs
Bought a Sicilian hot tub / spa 2 years ago. Paid £4400 with delivery. Wish i hadn’t. Lots of promises, few delivered. Original delivery date early September 2020. Got a phone call on 9th July 2020. Your hot tub has arrived at our shop, we need you to take delivery tomorrow10th July. Not really ready for it as no electrics in place etc, but pressure was put on to take delivery. Sort of told if i didn’t take it then due to the Pandemic they could not be sure when they would be getting their next delivery so could not guarantee the original delivery date. originally paid a substantial deposit and had remainder on 2 years interest free finance. Morning of delivery got a call, need you to change finance arrangements to buy now pay balance in 12 months time. Once again promised 2 years worth of free Chemicals if i changed the finance. The Chemicals Never arrived with hot tub. Delivery team knew nothing about it. Told to contact shop. So after a number of calls and a lot of promises that never materialised i ended up delivering in Hull. So i went to the Wakefield warehouse to see if i could get the Chemicals. I was given about 2 months supply in a little box. There were issues with the electrics. The tub said it had been quality assured and passed off. I was asked to remove the side panel and check to see if the led had come out of the holder in transit, which i did. The wiring for the light in the floor had never been connected to a power supply, it was coiled up and cable tied in the bottom of the tub frame. One of the led lights had no bulb holder or wiring, hence not working. Took me over six months to get resolved, after a number of calls, messages etc and lot’s of promises nothing had actually been done about it. I was told head office would call me to arrange getting it repaired. No one called. So this went on for approximately 6 months throughout the winter of 2020/21. The tub had been drained from September until April so when i refilled it for Easter time i decided to contact head office myself. I Finally got someone who got it sorted for me. Chris Lowder. Eventually i received the led and wire in the post. No offer of fitting. Baring in mind this is a mixture of water and electric I was asked to fit it myself. I am not an electrician but i am capable. So June 2022 i decided to sell the hot tub. Drained it down ready for the customer to collect. In one of the seat wells some real blisters had appeared, not slight imperfections but raised, clearly visible Blistering. Also a couple of larger Blisters in the filter housing. So i done the right thing, notified the buyer and refunded them immediately. I then contacted online spa’s and reported the problem. As the tub was still under warranty for Blistering. i asked what the process would be and if they had problems similar to this before I was asked to provide photo’s which i did next day. After a few days i had heard nothing from Online Spa’s so i emailed for an update. I was told the photo’s had been sent to the manufacturer to see whether it was something they would cover under warranty. I don’t really care if the manufacturer covers it or not, that is a problem between Online and the manufacturer. Online Spa’s terms and conditions clearly state that the shell is covered by them for Blistering for 2 years. I have a laminated a4 sheet with a list of things covered under warranty from Online Spa’s, so their terms and conditions, not the manufacturers terms and conditions. It clearly states that the warranty covers the Acrylic surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking or delaminating due to defects in workmanship or manufacturing for 2 years. That is until it happens. Then apparently it isn’t covered under warranty after all. So the paper the terms are written on and the time and effort to laminate it is just for show. So after nearly four weeks of trying to get a decision from Online Spa’s i got the answer i was expecting. A copy and paste excuse that had been taken from another sellers website saying the blisters are more of an aesthetic issue and not a problem, so not covered under warranty. They are clearly a problem to me as i have lost the sale, forced to refund the buyer and now i am stuck with a £4000 lump of plastic i can’t sell on. The solution they came up with was to offer a further 12 months warranty that i could pass on to anyone who bought the hot tub from me. But who is going to buy a hot tub that has already started to Blister, and what are the chances of that warranty being honoured when they can’t even honour the original warranty promises. All in all a pretty bad experience from start to finish. Based on my experience i would highly recommend you avoid online Spa’s. Lot’s of reviews left by other customers are clearly customers who are yet to have experienced a problem. the customers who have had a problem are not happy with the outcome.

I purchased the Balmoral it had all the features I wanted which a lot of the Spas don't have. Online spas kept the order on hold as when I ordered I hadn't made the base or got the electrics in place for delivery. I gave them the first available date I could take delivery and that was the day they delivered, delivery guys really helpful and friendly and spa works brilliantly.

Another day wasted waiting for someone to turn up to fix a problem that hot tub was installed with over a year ago and still not fixed Truly unbelievable - Stay well away
A few little issues with the delivery date but once the spa arrived it was quickly installed and a full explanation given on operating and maintenance given
From start to finish the company were excellent. Kept us fully informed on every part of the install. We were given given a tour of the settings for our new hot tub on the install day so we could enjoy our new purchase it to the max. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend you if someone was looking for a new hot tub install.
Wifi systems not great, after a very short time we had to have a new system fitted and again after very little use (probably half a dozen times in the last year) the wifi has broken again. We contacted online spas to be told the cost is £100 for new system and £100 call out fee. We are not paying this amount for it to be broken again in a few months.
I bought a spa from online spas in April. Quick delivery and fitting but after 2 weeks a hole in one of the pipes flooded my tub internally which was there from the start also tripping the electric out. After I managed to get a engineer to repair the leak I was told that the electric was fine, which of course it wasn’t. Two months later I still haven’t been able to use my hot tub. With two cancelled appointments and the 3rd which didn’t turn up till 10pm the matter has still not been resolved. Emails are now being ignored and I am stuck with a hot tub which I’ve owned for 3 months but only managed to use for two weeks!!!! Poor customer service all round. Avoid!!!
