Jan 07,2025I went to the Dulwich Hub on 04/11/2024 and the customer service assistant , Jahsian, was very very professional and kind and took his time to clearly explain the options I have and was very helpful. Due to the very professional and clear explanation I did not even went back I rather get the contract on the day I visited.

The payment team specially Amber and Samantha helped me through very difficult times and were extremely understanding and super helpful but the whole payment team are great and soulful human beings who treat you like your problem matters. I am very grateful that I could experience their positive attitude. The company is really professional and effective. Highly recommended anyone who want an excellent service.

Dec 19,2024Hello, I confirm that I ordered the car from Otto in Dulwich with Jahsiah. I would like to share my experience and explain why I canceled the rent-to-buy agreement. On December 4th, I received a phone call from Dulwich Hub informing me that they had a Kia Sportage available, which was in the garage for a small dental repair. I went to the office after 40 minutes to pay the down payment of £499. In the office, Jahsiah was very friendly and explained all the details of the contract. I was informed that the car would be ready either on Friday, December 6th, or Monday, December 9th, with the worst-case scenario being that it would take a week. I communicated my situation clearly, stating that I needed to return my current rental car by December 10th. After that day, I called the office every three days for updates on when the car would be ready, but no one seemed to know. On December 10th, I returned my current car and was left without a vehicle. I called Otto for assistance, and Jahsiah arranged for me to have a temporary car until I could pick up my Kia. I collected the temporary car from Dulwich on Friday, December 13th. I was in a rush due to my daughter's Christmas concert, but when I received the car, it was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell, as I found waste on the rear seat and had to clean it. The next day, I discovered that the front tires were 85% worn and old. When I called Otto for assistance, no one was able to help me. At that point, I decided to return the car and cancel my pending rent-to-buy contract, as they still don't know where the Kia is. I am still waiting for my down payment to be refunded. Terrible.

Dec 12,2024Very unprofessional company! During the contract they overcharged me, I never ever missed a payment or delayed payments. I have raised it regarding my overcharged they could not explain or any valid response towards my dispute, I paid it overcharged amount with original contract amount as they can't release my car without it. With Otto car my contract was end around six months ago. Last week they charged me money on my card as they still kept my card details. Taking money without my permission or any invoice or communication. Be careful guys with Otto car. It's a scam!!!
