Went to the Ilford Branch yesterday without prior appointment. The courtesy and the warmth was absolutely fantastic. Ijaz went far beyond the call of duty to explain everything needed. He is a top top guy...drove off with a nice car and made a new friend with a fantastic guy. Keep it up Ijaz
I ordered the car on the first week of November and still my car is not ready I have been waiting for a long time, they are still taking the rental money even though I haven’t got a car and they still operate through a call centre in India they make a fortune from taking everyone’s money.
Thank you to travis for my Skoda, really happy with it, I come again today to bring my friend and he is also taking a Skoda today. Really happy with the service and travis always help me
Absolutely Awful Experience with Otto Otto is an absolute disaster of a company. Everything was fine until I encountered an issue with their car, and then it all went downhill. The first car had a technical fault, which they acknowledged but referred me to the manufacturer. After hours of trying, they finally gave me a replacement since I was not the owner of the car. The second car had terrible battery range, and the third wasn’t even valid to register with Uber due to an invalid PHV license on TFL records! This left me unable to work for days while Otto gave me useless, conflicting advice. They assured me they wouldn’t charge rent for the downtime, but guess what? They deducted a full week’s rent anyway! Despite countless calls and promises of callbacks, nothing was resolved. Their incompetence cost me time, money, and a week of lost earnings. Otto is fine if nothing goes wrong, but the moment there’s an issue, they’re completely clueless. Don’t waste your time or money—AVOID this company at all costs.
I went to the Dulwich Hub on Thursday 23rd. January 2025 by appointment. It was impossible to locate the Otto Office even from the car park and eventually after several phone calls to Otto support line and asking around, gaining access to the office was a very challenging/draining task. Nonetheless I have given 5 star rating purely based on the excellent customer service which was provided by Jahsiah who served me and also his colleague Travis. They are invaluable human assets and deserved to be recognised/appreciated. Please resolve the above issues which I believe many other customers have also experienced. Problem solving solutions:- 1, When confirming appointment or guiding customers, provide better details to find the office and gaining access to it. 2, More visible signs and clear indication as to the direction to the office from the car park. This should be in place at the entrance to the car park and a small sign at the end of the very large car park proved useless. 3, Provide customers with direct contact number for the hub. Thank you. Excellent work by the Otto recovery team as my new Nissan Ariya was having certain issues with accepting to charge the vehicle! I have called the Otto recovery team and immediately within couple of hours they have recovered my vehicle (please avoid sending the diagnostic personnel next time, as I believe it’s waste of time, instead send the recovery vehicle ASAP) 🙏 Then in the morning, I have called the Otto service team and Akeem was brilliant in arranging another hire vehicle immediately and doing most of the paperwork to inform the payment team, also contacting the sales team in Dulwich to arrange a replacement vehicle 👍 When I turned up at the Otto branch in Dulwich, the lovely and very helpful and friendly sales person Jahsiah Ayanah had kept everything ready for me and within very few minutes if my arrival my replacement EV vehicle was ready with fully charged - thank you Akeem and Jahsiah for charging my vehicle too for me to start working straight away - great job by all the team 👌👍👏👏👏
Went to otto cars illford branch and dealt with Ijaz he was very professional, explained everything crystal clear and I was happy and confident with his service! highly recommend especially Mr Ijaz if you want the best service.

I’ve been with this Amazing company for a couple of contracts already and I can only say that I am very lucky to have known them. Everything in my business became so easy because of their dedication and amazing support! Recently I had problem with the renewal of my Badge and it took so long to receive my License.. I was so devastated but the staff of Ottocar extender their Help and understanding of my account by giving me more time to pay since I didn’t worked for couple of weeks. Especially Ms. Amber, my account manager she was very nice and helpful! Highly recommended for PCO drivers.
