May 14,2022Nie wieder. 3 Wochen lang nur Stress, Rennerei, Zusatzkosten. Einkauf 1000 Euro Zelt (Kampa Brean 3 air Classic Polycotton+Canopy) . Erste Lieferung gebrauchte, verschimmelte voll mit Gras versetzte Ware bekommen. Umtausch. 2te Lieferung, Zelt ok, Canopy das falsche Modell, Polyester Modell statt Polycotton, 3te Lieferung, fehlende Teile vom Canopy. Also wieder Kontaktaufnahme, das geht jetzt über 3 Wochen so. Sowas inkompetentes habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Bei 1000 Euro Bestellwert hört der Spaß auf. Keine Empfehlung, das war ein und das letzte Mal, dass ich dort bestellt habe. Nie wieder. Nur Rennerei und Zusatzkosten die mir keiner erstattet. (auf meine Kosten sehr langes Telefonat nach Niederlande, Rennerei, Spritkosten Pakete Reronieren) Inakzeptabel. Habe schriftlich Preisnachlass gefordert. Meldet sich natürlich keiner zurück. War klar.

Apr 30,2022Ich habe Ski mit Bindung bestellt. Als voraussichtliches Lieferdatum wurde bei der Bestellung Donnerstags 21 apr. - Montags 25 apr. angegeben. Nachdem ich bis Mittwoch den 27.April nichts mehr gehört hatte (auch keine Versandbestätigung) habe ich ein Follow Up email an den Kundenservice geschrieben, am Freitag dann nochmal. Bis heute keine Antwort. Das Geld für die Ski wurde aber schon vor Wochen von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht.. Update heute: endlich Antwort vom Kundenservice. Der mir verkaufte Ski ist nicht mehr verfügbar. Stattdessen wurde ein inadäquates Ersatzangebot gemacht: Andere Skimarke, länger, weniger breit. Wow!! Meine Antwort war dass ich ein adäquates Ersatzangebot mit dem gleichen bereits mit verkauftem Ski (Marke, Länge, breite) erwarte.davon gibts nämlich auf der Homepage noch genug verfügbar. Jetzt warte ich wieder auf eine Antwort.. Update: innerhalb von 2 Stunden hat mir die Firma ein faires Angebot gemacht welches ich angenommen habe. Jetzt hoffe ich dass alles klappt.. Update! Alles geklappt und Problem fair gelöst

Apr 30,2022Ik had via de e-mail een tourskiset gehuurd. Maten en datum dat ik wilde huren werden bevestigd via de mail. Op de dag dat ik kwam huren (een dag voor mijn vakantie) werd me verteld dat al het winter materiaal al naar de opslag was. Excuses werden gemaakt maar er werd geen alternatief geboden of meegedacht. Aangegeven werd dat ze helaas niks voor me konden betekenen omdat een bestelling uit de opslag moest komen en dan te laat zou zijn voor mijn vakantie. Voor iedereen die bij dit bedrijf wil huren dus de tip je reservering dubbel te checken. Uiteindelijk ga ik nu op vakantie met (minder fijn) materiaal van een ander bedrijf, waar ik een eind voor heb moeten rijden.

After much research is done amongst similar products in the price range, I prefer the model offered by OutdoorXL The shipping (to Canada) and tax are not part of the listed price but it added up to be closed to those I can buy locally. The shipping is fast. The support from customer care (Michiel C) is commendable!

Feb 10,2022Basically, same experience as another reviewer below. Head e-Titan skis in US were MSRP $1200, or $999 in stores, or gently used ~$899 on ebay. On outdoorXL paid $580 plus UPS $69, or $649 total. Ordered Friday night, outdoodXL set bindings and packed them Saturday, and skis left NL Monday, I got them mid-day Wednesday in MD! Faster than the skis I ordered from UT for my kids. Can't wait for weekend!

Feb 03,2022I was a little nervous ordering skis online from a place in Europe that I'd never heard of. Ski MSRP in the US is $1200 and selling at REI for $1000. $560 on here seemed too good to be true. I saw the good review on here and went for it. Three days and only $68 later for shipping and they arrived from The Netherlands. Skis and this place are legit.

I've contacted their customer support before the purchase to make sure they have stock, they responded in 10 minutes and I received the product in 2 days, without any customs issues or any other problem. I had my doubts ordering something from NL to UK after Brexit, but this company seems like know what they're doing. Great service, thanks!

Oct 20,2021Wir haben 2 Stück Windschutz Marke OUTwelll gekauft. Schon beim ersten Probeaufbau in den weichen Rasen sind die Kunstoffeinsätze im Alurohr weggebrochen. Hatte gehofft mal etwas vernünftiges für über 60 € pro Stück zu bekommen. Mal wieder billiger Chinaschrott wie mittleerweile fast überall. Nur besonders ärgerlich, dass man hier nur die Antwort bekommt. " Sowas passiert schonmal" . Absolut nicht empgelenswerte Marke und dazu noch schlechtes Kulanzverhalten von outdoorxl. Never again !!

Oct 03,2021Very professional service! I had some reserves about ordering a heavy folding kayak from a store in Netherlands, but I didn't have many options. It seems Pakboats moved their operations to Germany and OutdoorXL is the only reliable distributor of their boats. Michiel at OutdoorXL answered all my questions very promptly, and I had many! The boat arrived quickly. The boat itself deserves a separate review, but I had some problems with it - plastic clips kept breaking. OutdoorXL didn't disappoint here either. They contacted the manufacturer in Germany on my behalf and got replacement clips for me in no time! I would recommend buying from this store, even if the shipping seems higher. The quality of their service more than makes up for the higher shipping costs to USA. Think about it. How many online stores here in the USA would bother to talk to the manufacturer and get spare parts for you? They may give you your money back, but in many cases they will not help you to solve the problem if you don't want to return the product but simply want to fix it.

Oct 01,2021Très déçu par la livraison de ce site ! J'ai commandé une lampe à gaz qui est arrivée rapidement (4j après la commande), mais avec le verre cassé. Le colis ne faisait nulle mention de la fragilité de l'objet! J'ai regardé les consignes sur le site pour le renvoi et j'apprends que les frais de port sont à ma charge (env 10€), super ! Resultat: j'ai commandé un autre verre sur le net pour 20€. Total: 1 lampe à 30€+10€ de port +1verre supplémentaire à 20 € (dont 5€ de fdp) = env 60€ la lampe ! Très déçu !

Sep 22,2021I was shopping around for new skis for the 2021 / 2022 ski season and decided on a specific pair that seemed to be in short supply here in the United States. Outdoor XL had them in stock and TBH I was surprised how cheap they were. Naturally I did some research to determine their reliability as a retailer and decided to go for it. Order placed on Thursday for a ski and binding package. Bindings were mounted and skis shipped on Friday from the Netherlands. Arrived to me in the states on Monday. The bindings were mounted perfectly and the skis are exactly what I wanted. Even after shipping the price was cheaper than competition in the US, and the shipping was faster as well. Almost couldn't believe it. Great shop even for us international buyers.

Aug 26,2021Ich habe ein kaputtes Zelt bekommen und es zurückgeschickt ( wert 400,00) , keine Reaktion auf einige emails, jedeglich, dass es dauern kannn… noch immer noch kein Geld zurückbekommen…. Würde ich abraten und bin sehr enttäuscht mit dem Umgang… würde abraten da zu bestellen….

May 31,2022Hier een bolderkar besteld die op voorraad was volgens het systeem. Na plaatsen bestelling krijg ik een e-mail dat ze alleen nog een showmodel hebben. Deze kunnen ze opsturen (zonder originele verpakking) , maar dan wel voor de nieuwprijs. Oftewel, zij hebben hun bestelsysteem niet op orde en als compensatie mag ik een tweedehands product voor nieuwprijs afnemen. Had toch wel een minimale korting verwacht en/of een advies over een alternatief gelijkwaardig product.
