Awful customer service. The clean went ok, and this is the second one we've had, but from there on it's just been terrible. Firstly, a month after upselling us to some oven liners we hadn't received them. I called, and was told they'd be dispatched, and they weren't, so a couple of weeks later I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. Just like magic! They arrived a few days later. I thought I'd take a pragmatic approach and just use them, since they'd arrived now, which is, of course, what the company wanted. But they aren't fit for purpose, flapping about all over the place in a fan over. Total waste of £20, and that was before I realised they were £4.99 on Amazon. I've asked for a refund, again, which I won't get, but I've also raised a chargeback with my bank, which I will get because they refuse to respond to my emails. UPDATE: see the reply below? I’ve already had an email from them telling me they aren’t going to help or refund me. I’ve started a chargeback with my bank, under the Distance Selling Act 2013. Will update when the bank have refunded me.

This is another update with my two month battle with this company . The company have now supplied myself with a new appliance to which they broke mine and was condemmed by an engineer . I asked for a gesture of good will for all the stress this has caused myself and not being able to cook for two months etc . I recieved a final decision from the director saying i will not be getting any gesture of good will because they have supplied myself with a brand new oven which they said i am in alot better situation than before . What a cheek and what a joke. Why I am i better of when there company broke my appliance and was left without prepping my meals up with having limited mobility from traumatic accident and surgery .i was unable to cook anything so ended up spending more money on take aways . Plus i had to pay £200 to have my appliance fitted and old one taken away which i could not afford and was not my responsibility to pay for that . The company broke my appliance .If they had not then i would not have had to pay that amount of money out . Plus i paid £65 pound for unprofessional clean . So roughly all together i have had to pay £365 out which i should not of had to pay any of that myself . So that means the company really havent paid for new appliance i have . They have given myself just over £10 .whoopppe that is disgusting . So please someone tell me how that has made myself better off ? It certainly has not . I wish i had read all the bad reviews before and seen what was in the papers and watchdog and hate compaign . Please be aware they have no respect for there customers . Just take money . So the new cooker i have paid for not them . Absolute joke .should be ashamed off themselves . Please take your custom to another cleaning company that have respect for there customers and who are professional and know exactly how to run a professional buisness . Which this company does not . Please do your research do not waste your money . My experience was awful and left me in debt and affected my health with stress and worry for paying money out when i did not have to because of there unprofessional work . Would not want anyone else to go through the same as myself .

So here I am on day 51 of still waiting for my £25.00 refund . Could someone have the decency to get this sorted out … 7 weeks of waiting & waiting & waiting & waiting !!! Just give me my money !!

Absolutely terrible company do not use !!! Avoid at all costs !!” Oven support “ couldn’t support anything if they tried. The worst customer service absolutely terrible communication skills. Waited in for 2 days for them to apparently be coming with no communication until I phoned them about where they was to tell me they wasn’t coming ! The second day was told 10 am then 11 clock still not here phoned again to be told they will be there before 12:30 for definite and didn’t turn up ! Phoned again and was told they are 2 hours behind and wasn’t coming. Discusting service !! Quick enough to ring and take your money for the service but don’t turn up to do it and then won’t refund you as it’s with their accounts department !!!

Absolute disgraceful company take your money in advance and don’t turn up at all no correspondence from them had to Contact them 4 times they rearranged the following day second job of the day they said and yet again nothing will never recommend to anyone please don’t bother with them ! disgraceful in all aspects now waiting to see if they are competent enough to reimbursement ! What a waste of two days waiting you should be ashamed of yourselves

The oven cleaner called before arrival, as we were told. I can't believe how clean our oven is, it looks brand new! Very happy and will definitely use them again.

I booked a clean and they emailed the week before saying they were coming on a different day not suitable for me. I then asked fir my deposit refund and was told the cancellation is done and another department deals with deposit still waiting for someone to contact me

When I went to use oven there was white dusty stuff in the oven. The racks were not particularly clean either. I would not use again.

I booked and paid in full for my double oven and hob to be cleaned, I was given times between 13.00 and 16.00. At 15.30 I called customer service who advised they were running late and would be here at 17.00, I was t happy as no communication to advice they are running late, but agreed things can happen, then I got a phone call at 16.00 to advice the guys couldn't make it today, this is Thursday 20th March 18 degrees and I am stuck in waiting for nothing, i told them to cancel and I would find someone more reliable and refund my £70, I was then held at ransom because it can take up to 28 days to refund my money!!!!!! I had no choice to rebook so now instead of having oven steam cleaned on Thursday I now have to wait until Monday, so all afternoon waiting unable to cook dinner.and start all over again on Monday, first and last time. I use this company and most definitely will not be recommending them.

Absolutely awful customer service. The allocated member coming to complete the service was over 2 hours late on the allotted time due to planning errors. This meant that 2 services initially requested could not be carried out, so a refund was requested. Still no refund over a month later. Kal and Katie in the customer service team were very rude, with Kal just putting the phone down on me. Absolute shambles. Never using again and I would urge anyone else to look elsewhere for the oven clean.

Broke the Oven door when doing the cleaning job and just left it on the counter suggesting someone else needed to fix it.

Had my oven cleaned today, it wasn't in a great state - family of four, three jobs between us, just not got the time to give the oven the regular scrubbing it needs. The guy did a superb job, double oven sparkling in less than an hour! Worth every penny. Will definitely use again.

Had a full oven clean at the end of my tenancy, but I have been charged again on the check out because it was not cleaned inside properly. I have lodged a complaint which had gone to quality control department on 4th march, but still waiting for a response.

I was delighted with the service I received. It was easy to book online and yes, it does say 50% up front and 50% after but it’s a cheap enough service so for me it was worth the risk. I had booked a pm slot and unfortunately the technician messaged to say he was attending at about 8am. However, I was easily able to contact him and explain why I couldn’t make an 8am appointment (I had to travel) and he was incredibly helpful and arranged with his office to attend at a time convenient to me, which was between 10am and 1pm. The technician bn10benny was absolutely wonderful. He turned up and did a fantastic job with cleaning a cooker and hob. I will use the company again for sure.

Appalling- Avoid I should of listened to the reviews! Made me pay upfront even though they said online- 50% beforehand and the rest afterwards- because they don't accept cash and they operative doesn't have a card reader? Didn't turn up, no phone call or message. When I chased, they just said- oh i do apologise' and offered to re-book. I lost a day off work for this, and its up to 28 days for a refund- if it even arrives looking at the reviews on here. There was no manager available to complain to- but oh I could put it in an email. Just hassle to didn't need to be- scam operation about taking upfront money and then just not turning up
