I have had a subscription with this company for oven cleans. Despite repeated requests from me I could not stop their repeated sales calls. Each call would go the same whereby they would ask to book it in and upon finding out I have a subscription they could not help me. Eventually I got tired of this and cancelled my subscription. They have stated that they will not refund me the money that I have already paid. This "policy" was never stated to me upon signing up or I wouldn't have done it. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. They agent gave me a complaints email address to which I sent a complaint which was not acknowledged or answered to. I also sent a data deletion request in the complaint which to my mind is the only way to get them to stop calling me! When their time runs out I will report them to the ICO. This company is procedurally incompetent and morally unprincipled. If you do use them don't sign up for a subscription. It isn't worth it. Don't give them your details they will hound you. Edit: @ Ovensupport this is precisely what I did on Tue 25 Feb, 15:00 which you neither acknowledged nor replied to. Why would doing it now make any difference?

I booked and fully paid for an appointment but no one turned up to clean my oven, and the company phone number just loops their recorded message, with no option to leave a message!

I cant believe how many calls I received for extra add on sales and time changes. made it very clear from the start and change after change. now cancelled and awaiting refund update 19 days later still no refund will claim from credit card but have to wait until 30 days.

Who wants to pay £25 to have someone chuck a solution in the washing machine and turn it on?! Best part is you can’t review the level of cleanliness as he has already put the washing machine on a 60 minute cycle, you pay them out of trust only to find out later he hasn’t even wiped down the drum or cleaned anything at all! fAnTasTic , good luck getting your money back as well, every person you speak to is ever so polite and then nothing happens as they all have their own tailor made polite response , so go ahead a book your scam

Really pushy sales, I was looking at booking online and half way through the process, I received a call from them pushing more sales products etc. The sales person was very rude and passive aggressive.

What a dreadful company. I was conned into joining their monthly contribution scheme. As a pensioner it seemed a good deal till they lost my money! It’s worth nearly £60. Now they’re refusing to pay it back. No contract but clearly not adhering to Direct Debit Guarantee either! I pity any other pensioners being scammed!

No one turned up for appointment. Couldn’t reschedule so asked for a refund of deposit. 4 phone calls and 3 months later finally got refund. Poor on all levels.

They ended up cancelling my appointment last minute after waiting around all day, told them not to call me at a certain time due to work commitments to reschedule in, this was ignored. The man that came was friendly however, the oven wasn't as clean as I would've liked. It was definitely cleaner than it was, however lots of residue left over. The washing machine clean was awful, the dispenser drawer still had so much residue and wasn't even cleaned. All he did was put a cleaner inside the drum and put it on a wash. For £40 I couldve done this myself. I sent them photos afterwards and they haven't replied to me regarding it. They then had the cheek to call me last week to re book in another clean. I won't be using them again.

On time, left the kitchen clean, did a very good job, oven looks as though its in a showroom, it looks new.

Firstly you have to pay for the job in full before the appointment date, which I thought was strange. Was promised a morning appointment which was not upheld. I had to call them to find out where the contractor was and then was advised nobody was coming. I had waited in and wasted the day! My appointment date was set for mid December. It has taken until now for this fraudulent company to give me my refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Complete scam artists!!

The oven clean went ok, apart from the very dirty window/door that was left because the cleaner didn't have the "Correct tools". He said he would come back to me in two days. I then get a call from HQ saying that they dont actually clean the inside of glass doors and offering me a derisory £15 and a derisory attitude. So the marketing should say we will clean your oven but not the glass door, so despite the inside being clean, it still looks dirty. The cleaner lied to me saying he would come back to me - and had no intention on coming back to me. Ive since tried to call Customer service and it's like talking to a brick wall. I will never use this service again in my life,

I haven’t even had the oven cleaned yet but this company is ridiculous. From the minute I booked the appointment I have been phoned daily sometimes more than once a day. I called to confirm the booking and the man on the other end of the phone tried to upsell everything. He then demanded I paid upfront for the cleaning. I refused and he got quite abrupt . Even after confirming and them sending a confirmation email, I amstill being harassed

I am don’t think this company even deserves one star. I took time off work to be home to let the cleaner in and they didn’t show. I rang the company to find out what was going on and they promised to find out and call me back - this didn’t happen. I was so annoyed at their unreliability that I didn’t want to re-schedule but they had my money so I had no choice. The second time around the communication was equally poor. I had to phone and chase only to be told that he was only 5 minutes away! I was promised at least a 30minute warning. He tipped the dirty water all up the side of our White House and failed to install the oven mats I had paid for! I asked for a refund of the mats but this wasn’t given and 3 weeks later my mats still haven’t arrived. I phoned again but was basically ignored

02/04/25- no phone call from customer services despite below message from the company. Still no refund has been given, 90 days and counting... I paid for an Airfryer clean on the 24th January, which was never done. I have repeatedly chased for my refund and keep getting told it's with the accounts team. I have also emailed them using the feedback@ovensupport address and this has been completely ignored. I cannot believe how many others are on here trying to get their money back. They are a disgusting company and should be avoided at all costs.

Jim did an outstanding job for us. He covered the floor for protection and got on and did the job efficiently. The oven looks sparkling new. I will recommend him for any future work.
