Mar 27,2025First of all I had a call to try and sell me additional services, and then then I had a message to say the cleaner would be late. He left a mess on the floors from the door to the oven in the kitchen. We had to vacuum up and mop all the way through. The outside of the oven didn't look finished when he said he was finished, so I started wiping it to show him what I meant. I recommend looking for a local oven cleaner if you can find one.

Mar 27,2025What an unbelievably awful service. Avoid this company at all costs. Booked in for an oven clean at short notice. I get a text from the chap saying he is outside and he asks for help on where to park. I go out and tell him which streets to try and then go back to the house to wait. After 15 minutes he hasn't shown so I message asking how he is getting on and he says "I couldn't find a space so I've gone to my next job". Nice of him to tell me. So I ask how long until he is back here and he says about 40 minutes. An hour and a half later he is not responding to my messages so I ring the company and they say he is no longer in the area and they'll have to reschedule. So I got a refund and got a proper company to clean it. Ridiculous.

Mar 26,2025Owing to poor health I can't deep clean my oven anymore. I booked oven support. A man called Steve came out this morning. I was so embarrassed at state of oven - but he was totally professional - really jolly, and did such an amazing job. Can't believe I can see through the glass!!!! I was on verge of buying new cooker but.... was too embarrassed to have this one taken out of the house. I am extremely grateful to Steve for making me feel at ease - there was no disgust from him at all - and I am thrilled with the end result. Thank you so so much. I have booked to have it done twice a year now - I won't let it get like that again! Shame on me! :-). I would highly recommend oven support. I won't be using anyone else now.

Mar 25,2025I don’t normally leave a review but this company are shocking. They rang the morning of the booking to ask for balance of payment. At around the time expected rang to say the msn would not be coming as the ovens that day were more severe than expected. This was day before I am moving am absolutely disgusted do not go with this company.

Mar 25,2025I had an oven clean on Friday 21st March and what an absolute joke. He was there for all of 15 minutes. He cleaned the doors and the grill racks, that’s it. He’s still left mould in my oven. I paid £54.99 for a professional clean and I still can’t use my oven as it hasn’t been cleaned properly. The cleaner kept harping on about how my oven is self-clean, but I have the manual to my oven and it is most certainly not. He’s just using this as an excuse not to clean my oven. He also mentioned he would only be here 15 minuets as it wasn’t going to take him long. This is a joke. I’m not happy. I’ve submitted a complaint, but I wanted the community to know not to pay for a clean with this company, please find someone better!

Mar 25,2025Top notch service. Got the appointment the next day. I was first client in the morning. The person who did the cleaning call me about half an hour before coming and took about 20 min to do the job. My oven is like brand new now and smells amazing. Would highly recommend.

Mar 25,2025Good and Bad Points Chris was excellent, friendly and helpful when he arrived and did a great job. Through no fault of Chris's, we were promised a cleaner between 0800 and 1200, but did not arrive until 1830. Communication was poor.

Mar 24,2025Absolutely appalling customer service. I booked an appointment for an oven and extractor and was charged in advance. I explained that I was moving house tomorrow so needed this done by today. No problem, I was assured. Got a phone call on Saturday to say that the cleaner would be here between 11AM and 2PM today. At 2.15 I had heard nothing so rang and was told that my slot had been moved from 11-2 to 12 to 3PM and that I should have been updated. 20 minutes later I was called and told that my cleaner would not be able to keep the appointment and that I would have to reschedule. Absolutely no contact from the company without me instigating it - no explanation as to why I had been cancelled - no time to arrange an alternative in order to facilitate our buyers who are moving in tomorrow. Mar 27,2025Finished job was very good, but only after 3 cancellations!! Paid a premium to have work done over a weekend, so now hoping for a credit of £25 , being the additional cost paid! The agent we spoke to latterly (Robbie), was very understanding and helpful Thanks Barry Blemings
