Didn’t turn up. Called constantly to get the balance of payment before the date the clean was due. I wasn’t surprised they didn’t turn up to be honest after reading all the reviews. I just wish I’d read them earlier, I now have to wait 28 days to see if I get a refund (questionable) before I can raise it with my bank. AVOID
Like many others, I am still waiting for my refund 6 weeks after Oven Support did not turn up for my appointment. I've been told over the phone and via email that my refund request is 'with the accounts team'. Of course you can't directly speak to this department. There is no manager or anybody senior to escalate to so you just hit a dead end. I'm going to ring them every single day until they refund me, whilst logging with the FOS. If you also research the owner, David Alan Reynolds, he's done prison time for fraud - says it all. A truly horrendous company who operate on the basis of taking your money, not providing a service, and refusing to give you back your money. AVOID EVERYONE AT ALL COSTS.

Firstly, I would just like to say that I gave 3 stars because of Josh's work, and nothing to do with the rest of the service. After booking, I was contacted by phone and text at least 5 times! Asking if I wanted to add extra items to be cleaned. If I had wanted anything else cleaned I would have asked at the time of booking. Each time I was asked to pay the balance in advance, something I would never do before the work is done. After all that, they cancelled my original appointment and rescheduled for the following day. I had to rebook my itinerary, and then to top it all, the person was 2 hours later than the timescale. During the conversation with him,(although he never said) it was obvious that the company had 'topped' up his calls to make up from the day before. Bad planning and unrealistic expectations are to blame for this. I will not be booking with is company again, despite the great job Josh did. Pressurising people is not the way forward and I suggest maybe a review of Customer Service would be beneficial.
Shocking service . Not recommended , clean cancelled at last minute by company having paid up front. Now awaiting full refund. Still waiting ......

Avoid at all cost, takes your money then cancel appointment or don’t turn up. Request refund every day but no one gets back to you or provide refund. Fraud!!
The cleaner was very thorough, friendly,and helpful in all aspects of the job in hand would highly recommend to friends and family no if's or but's excellent
Don’t get a new oven get Ovensupport Ltd to clean your existing oven and make it new again. What a great job they did to mine, on time polite engineer.Thank you deserves five stars

Follow on update: Following on from my previous experience, I was offered a return clean for my oven. The person turned up today on time and when he finished, asked me to take a look at the work. I was very impressed with the results. Based on today’s clean I’d give it a 4 star as I’m happy with the clean. But my concerns regarding customer service remain and so I’m not going above three stars. ********************************************************** Really unhappy with my experience. When I called to book the service I asked for a morning slot as I knew I would be in work calls in the afternoon. I wasn’t informed that the morning slot was guaranteed and so on the day, I was told the person would come in the afternoon. It was too late to cancel and so I had no choice. When the person turned up at 3pm I was back to back in work calls and so when the person left I didn’t get to see what they had done or say goodbye The oven was 3/4 cleaned. The top part of the oven looks untouched and parts of the back of the oven are also filthy. I am now going to have to spend money to finish the work. My first time using the service and my last time.

Benny did a great job. He was very efficient, professional and kind. I was very impressed with his work. I was less impressed with the office though. I booked an oven cleaner for the morning but then when they rang me in the morning the next day they said he will come between 1-4pm instead. I had to rearrange my day so I will be available for the afternoon slot which I did but found it disappointing. Anyway, all sorted and very happy with the outcome!
