Mar 14,2025UPDATE!!! This seems a pretty standard reply asking you to email them. THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR EMAILS AT ALL!!! SO DONT BOTHER Received my refund yesterday but still advise that you do not touch them with a barge pole, they do what they want when they want and have no consideration for their customers at all. DO NOT USE!!! Due refund as they didn’t turn up at agreed time. They owe me over £50 deposit paid and have not refunded. They do not acknowledge emails and if you call too often to ask for refund they block your number!! TOTAL SCAM !!! Still haven’t pulled their socks up after Watchdogs report

Mar 12,2025I had an absolutely terrible experience with Oven Support in October 2024. Not only did they damage my kitchen door while cleaning the oven, but their customer service has been shocking from start to finish. It took them until January 2025 to finally agree on a settlement, and even after signing the agreement, I am still waiting for payment two months later. I have called and emailed multiple times, only to be ignored or given excuses that “it’s with the director.” The director and the company clearly have no interest in resolving issues or honoring their commitments. The service is poor, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-off issue—many other customers have left similar reviews about damage, poor communication, and being ignored. If you’re considering using this company, don’t—unless you want to deal with terrible service, shocking communication, and an unprofessional business that refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Absolutely disgraceful service.

On completion he went through what he had done I’ve got to say a Smashing job. No mess left in the kitchen or driveway. Sparkling oven. Hope to see you next year Jamie thank you.

Mar 11,2025The guy who came was affable and friendly but after he'd left i realised the seals and surrounds had not been done. An additional seal clen was sceduled but when the man came to do it it was the same man and clearly not happy with my critisism and , i felt, quite begrudingly cleaned 2 of the 3 seals. The grill seal and the surrounding metal work are not clean but i felt very intimidated to keep complaining when i really shouldn't have had to point this out. I have subscribed monthly for a clean next year but will insist that a different opperative comes as the guy who cleaned this time clearly has standards far below my own.

Mar 14,2025Excellent company to deal with. Phoned the day before to confirm the appointment, then Tony (the oven cleaner) phoned 30 minutes in advance to say he was on his way. Arrived on time, clean and tidy worker, did a great job. Pleasant chap. We have been using Ovensupport for several years and will continue to do so in future.
