Apr 03,2025What a shambles! Had to have cleaner return as he'd left loads of product to run behind fan shame I can't upload photos. This has damaged the fan so having to have a Siemens Engineer to fix at my expense! Customer service next to useless claiming if oven not checked for damage within 48 hours they're not liable. Only one call handler Robbie is making any sense and trying to follow it up. The company have not returned my 2 emails of complaint. They are not even worthy of a 1 star! The date listed is the return visit to put it right!! I consider an oven clean a treat... this will now cost me an engineer call out fee and parts which I had not bargained for on a 3 year old oven!

Apr 03,2025Great service from WV4 Simon he was very efficient and completed the clean very quickly. My oven looks almost brand new, I’ve never used a professional oven cleaner before but I would definitely use these guys again and will be recommending them.

Apr 02,2025Very good come up very clean no complaints abt the cleaner but they owed me £50 refund for work not carried out was given the run around by office staff still haven t recievef 4 weeks later still chasing them not good.

Apr 02,2025Good communication but, the oven was cleaned to minimum standards to the point I requested it to be re-cleaned. On 2nd visit the attitude of the cleaner was poor, and seemed to want to do the bare minimum to get the job done, or leave half of it because of some vague excuses. Why pay someone to do a job for you when they only do half of it for a high price and a bad attitude. I'll finish the job myself.

Apr 02,2025First visit caused damage to pan supports and did not clean properly. Call back visit oven cleaned again but left chemical residue inside main oven, not been able to use since. Have spent over a month now constantly calling the office but the 'director is on the road and we have to wait for him to get back to us'. I am still waiting for a resolution to the damage caused. Do not use this company! Their customer service and 'damage' department (the fact they have one is worrying in itself) are useless.

Not Friend of Ted anymore
Apr 01,2025I'm feeling really frustrated with this company's approach. They keep pushing me to do something I'm not able to, repeating the same things over and over. It feels like they're not really listening to what I'm trying to say, which makes the whole situation even more difficult. I am happy they canceled the job.

Apr 01,2025Matt arrived in good time for the appointment and there was great communication letting me know when he was going to be arriving. He did a FANTASTIC job of my oven, it looked brand new when it is 10 years old! He was tidy, polite and changed my bulb for me. He even swept up before he left. This was my first time getting my oven professionally cleaned and was absolutely delighted with the results, I can’t recommend Matt enough. Thank you so much, I would absolutely use this company again and it’s such a great price too!

Just Shame that as soon as you book and pay they ring every other day trying to sell addons kindly declining everytime is a just a waste of everyone’s time. Oven is sparkling, they couldn’t do the air fryer because of the style it is, hopefully will be able to get refunded for that.
