What a good company they called me as they had a cancellation so instead of coming this Friday they came today everything was organised really well spoke to a lovely customer service operator who advised me of the process times etc , Patrick was the gentleman who visited my property today what a brilliant job he done wish I did a before and after now. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you oven is gleaming. Everything was left clean and tidy.
Booked an afternoon slot, got a call prior to 9am on the morning saying the cleaner was 15 minutes away, I set off to arrive at my new property through rush hour traffic which took about 20 minute to be welcomed by the cleaner looking at his watch. On the way to the property I was called by Oven Support to upgrade to have the Hob and Hood done and as I was driving which I agreed to and they took payment when I arrived at my new property. I made payment but the Cleaner wouldn't start the job as he had no confirmation from his boss and as he couldn't get a signal he couldn't do anything, he called his boss and I had to listen to "I don't know if he's paid". I provided my WiFi password and then he received the job and started the work. It was a very quick job, he did say he was under time pressures and had to travel all over the place, he shouted through to me to use my one step ladder "otherwise I'll just stand on your worktops" I then went and got him a bigger ladder (surely they should carry these??). Sadly only half the hood was done, the filters were not cleaned and despite the claim on the internet the bulbs were not checked (as I have found there isn't any in there). The Hob got a wipe down, still all bits under covers and residue from the cleaner collected in each corner, it was worse than when he started, just all smeared etc. For the Oven itself the racks were cleaned to a good standard, they were removed, sadly the seals on the Oven haven't been touched, the door not removed as advertised (thanks Nest) and the glass not cleaned inside and lots of bits left in the bottom, he did remove some as I found they blocked my sink filter as he must have poured them down there. Poured waste cleaning fluid on the driveway outside, did appear to try for the drain but didn't quite make it all. I tried to complain immediately, have called several times since, been promised a call back from a Director but he's avoided that for four weeks, promised a call back from the owner (they refuse to give his details even though it's on Companies House) and that also hasn't happened. Only positive is the staff in Customer Service are very pleasant and helpful and genuinely show empathy (this is aside from the Team Leader, who is the opposite and could have easily resolved this). I have also emailed, sent video clips and many images to the email address as requested (they say not received) but get no response at all. On that basis I would say avoid at all costs, it seems to be down to the Cleaner you get, the availability is great (speaks volumes) and the sales pitch likewise, lots of upselling and try to get you to sign up on plan, which is fair enough, but for the management to not have the decency or accountability to call really sums up where they are at. I have been promised 9 call backs, they haven't occurred, submitted a GDPR request, they refused to acknowledge it, their website shows the incorrect Trust Pilot score and they deny people you have spoken to work for the company. 07/03 Update Have now contacted Trading Standards (seems am not alone), logged a case with the ICO and proceeding with an application to the Small Claims Court as they have not completed the services paid for, I have done everything possible from my perspective to mitigate, seems a very regular issue looking at the genuine reviews.
Do not go near them. Still waiting for my money back after 28 days despite 3 calls and numerous emails. Keep getting told its with accounts but you cant speak to them, they have no managers in the call centre ????. Awful service and not truthful. You have been telling me that for 3 weeks Still no refund still no contact If any one reads reviews then dont go near this business Still no refund disgusting company. No contact from anyone. Absolute cowboys. Its now 11 march still no refund and no contact thieving b##£a###
I was reasonably happy with the clean , but to make me very happy the individual should always double check their wipe down (or lack of) and check corners of trays...
Fantastic service. Our cleaner Patrick was very friendly, on time and our oven now looks brand new. So happy with his work, will definitely be using this company again
An update on my previous review. The damage was done by their employee end oct 2024. It took 21 calls from me (they never reply or initiate contact) to get to the point where they agreed to pay for the damage and the paperwork to be with the director awaiting their signature. That's all that was outstanding. Since Jan 02 2025 I have called them on January: 2nd, 17th, 24th, 28th. February: 3rd, 11th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, and am about to call again today. 25per cent of the time the call is me by "I'll chase that up for you" and 75 percent of the time by "the director is aware and will try sign it boff today". Have nothing to do with this appalling outfit.

Not happy. Spent 35 mins here. Paid for a double oven and hob. None of the seals on the doors were done. Note to anyone with a glass lid on your cooker. You pay extra for that as its not counted as part of the hob ? I didn't know. Will have to pay someone else to complete it.
Tony was on time, very polite and professional and did an amazing job cleaning my oven. He left the area and sink he worked in very clean when he left. I would recommend him to anyone.
Scam company, do not use! I booked an oven clean for 10th January, but the company cancelled it on the day. Over a month later, they still haven’t returned my supposedly refundable deposit! Avoid!
Cancelled my oven clean 1 hour before it was due. No email to confirm new date or receipt for the money that I have paid up front. I have asked for email to confirm new date and money paid. No response so far!

Make sure you check that they completely clean everything within the first day. I booked an oven, hob, extractor fan and washing machine clean on appliances that came with my new property, I was initially fairly satisfied. The oven clean was great, the hob and extractor fan okay but the washing machine clean was rubbish. The cleaner did seem in a hurry to leave and didn’t explain what he had done. The seal still had gunk in it which I cleaned myself and then 2 weeks on I experienced a problem and when I opened the panel where the filter is housed and checked the filter, it was clear that this hadn’t been even opened let alone cleaned. I called to complain and was told that any complaints needed to be made within 48 and there was nothing they could do! So I’ve paid for a service that I did not receive and I wasn’t at all impressed with the customer service. Would not use again.

My appointment was cancelled at the last minute by this company. I requested my refund on the 29th January. Following a review on here on the 13th February, I was told that my refund would be looked in to. Now the 26th February and i STILL have not received my money back. A refund online takes the matter of seconds. Disgraceful that this is still outstanding, and I see I'm not the only one. How on earth is this company allowed to operate in this way. I definitely suggest you pay a little extra, and book elsewhere
Dreadful company! Not only a poor oven clean that I had to re-do myself but they also took £85 payment up front for an oven seal that has never been delivered. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and they keep saying they will give me a refund but its been over four months now and I have yet to get my money back.

Mar 04,2025I was so pleased to come home and find out that the guy had actually taken the glass off to clean inside the door as the previous people I've had to clean my oven hadn't done that. The oven was sparkling clean, was so pleased and my husband said the guy was nice and friendly. Overall great company and great price.
