Feb 24,2025The work that was carried was great, however, the booking process was atrocious. The company kept on getting it wrong and were trying to force me to go for a week day or a Saturday morning slot. Having booked an afternoon slot initially. I was told that a Saturday afternoon booking was only a preference, well if that's the case why offer it in the first place. Won't be using them again.

Feb 24,2025Absolute shit hole of a company! Quick to take your money but when it comes to doing the job they can’t even get that right. Came to clean my oven and hobs didn’t do a good job and on top of that broke my gas so my hobs aren’t working! 3 weeks later and no one has sorted the problem! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Feb 23,2025Still waiting for my refund over 5 weeks since they failed to turn up to clean my oven. Despite numerous phone calls to customer service, who always tell me that my refund is being processed, clearly a lie. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY - Avoid!!!?

Feb 22,2025David telephone to let us know that he would be with us in 15 minutes. He was friendly and polite and completed the full oven clean, and hob to a very high standard. We are extremely happy with the work. We were not completely happy with the service provided from the company when we only found out they had changed our original booking/chosen time slot on the day. This came following a telephone call from the them two days before to confirm our allocated time, we then received a call that same day to offer a visit the next day at the same time (which wasn’t convenient, but we thanked then for the offer) They again confirmed our original time slot for the following day as booked. The time slot was between 8-10 and we were told that a call would be made before arrival. I phoned the office to check the booking was still going ahead and was informed that our time slot was 10-1. I asked for an explanation and expressed that this was not our original booking, and not really convenient and our plans would need to be changed. We had looked to cancel but had paid in full. We would use this company again ONLY due to the excellent work by David and not by the company alone as we feel they need to review their customer service.

Feb 22,2025I was not impressed. The company got my name wrong and my email wrong so I did not get the booking confirmation. Then the caller left a message to say the cleaner would come on Thursday not Friday. I called to correct my name, email address and day but my name was still incorrect in the next email. Lastly someone called on Friday morning to see if the cleaner could come then, my husband explained that we were out that’s why we booked a p.m. appointment. We were then told the cleaner would go out of county if he could not arrive at midday. I spoke to Customer Services, it appears the booking was erroneous, booked a.m. not p.m., my confirmation email said p.m. I cancelled the booking and have applied for a refund. I heard “I do apologise” many times from Oven Support.

Feb 21,2025Larger oven of Bosch twin oven set was supposedly thoroughly cleaned on the 14th of February after their rep missed two earlier appointments. Because we predominantly use an air fryer we only use the oven when a larger meal is being cooked which was on the 21st February. On preparing to use the oven we noticed it was extremely greasy with many white streaks on each wall. On contacting Oven Support customer service we were advised that because the problem was not reported within the first 20 to 40 hours they would not do anything to rectify the problem. We will never use this company again.

Feb 20,2025Really disappointed with their service. They came in and you'd expect them to place some sort of floor mat to protect my floor, as any tradesman would do. But he just carried the work without it and there were spills on my floor. On top of the oven+hob+extractor clean, I even added washing machine and dishwasher clean. But to my dismay, he just placed some chemicals in both the machine and left it to run. Adding them as extra is totally waste of money as they were not even wiped clean. My washing machine seal was not even touched, and he just gave the detergent drawer a quick wipe. As for the oven, its clean but some chemicals were left on the tray. My extractor was half cleaned. Some debris from the cleaning material were also left all over. I have small children and its really dangerous. I ended up cleaning up after this "cleaning service".Terrible experience

Feb 20,2025I had Jake and his trainee visit to clean my clients oven, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They were both professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Jake’s expertise was evident, and his trainee, apologies I dont remember your name, was also hardworking and eager to learn. They left the oven looking brand new, with no mess left behind. The attention to detail was fantastic, and the service was well worth it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality oven clean. Thank you, Jake and trainee!
