Worst experience with an oven cleaning company ever. Booked around November for a new year oven clean, received around 5 calls over November and December trying to confirm my appointment for the wrong date, right up until the incorrect data saying they would be there. Also in that 2 month period got calls to ask if I wanted my oven cleaned, obviously I said I already did. Then on the run up to the actual date I got around 5 different calls confirming they were coming on the actual date as pre visit confirmation calls... 5 times. Then on the actual day I had a slot in the afternoon to which I then got a call from the service person telling me he couldn't make it as its after his hours!! So I rang up and cancelled and asked for a full refund as I paid up front and they tried saying I had cancelled it, when they couldn't make it. Now over a month on and apparently my refund is still in processing after me calling then 4 times. Total waste of months of calls and money and still a dirty oven.

SCAM WARNING!!⚠️ This is a scam, I booked in for an oven clean on 23/12/24 online. The company rang me to confirm my appointment the Friday before and on the day I had a call to say the cleaner couldn’t get to me. I’d already paid the deposit, they were reluctant to refund me and wanted to transfer the clean, however, we need it doing urgently. They offered to refund it, 2 months on we still haven’t received a refund. Save your money and use someone local!

Dodgy company - you pay a deposit and the confirmation says you will pay the balance to the oven cleaner. Call centre then repeatedly calls you to take the remaining payment and try and upsell a load of extras. Clean was OK, communication from cleaner was good but he dripped quite a bit of cleaning fluid on the kitchen floor and didn't wipe it up so I had to clean the floor immediately after so it didn't damage the flooring. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

Excellent job by Oven Support. Oven looks brand new and the extracter fan and washing machine look gleaming. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is the second time I have had my oven professionally cleaned by Tony and I’m really happy with the result. There are no chemical smells at all and the oven looks brand new. I also got the extractor fan cleaned as this is a job I wouldn’t know how to do myself.

Absolutely awful company I booked in on the 14th January paid my deposit for my ovens to be cleaned one single one double, they phoned the day before asking for payment in full to secure my slot on the day they were due to clean my ovens I was told the man that was due lost his van keys so was waiting on recovery and would let me know when he would be arriving I heard nothing all day I phoned at 4:30 and was told recovery had only just arrived so could I reschedule which meant more time off work so I rescheduled for the following week for another call the morning a man was due to clean my ovens to be told his dad had sadly passed and could I reschedule so I did stating that I had already had to reschedule and the time I was taking off work I rescheduled again for the following week again for them to phone and cancel the morning they were due to say the man couldn't be bothered to show for work, so I asked for a refund on the 4th of February and Im still waiting, Ive phoned written emails and no response, so awful company and customer service would not use. As you can see Oven Support Ive phoned and written emails no reply and still no refund awful customer service!!!

On 6th December 2024, I booked and paid for an oven cleaning service, which the company failed to deliver on the agreed date despite rearranging twice. I have made many attempts to contact them by phone and email, but my calls are now being blocked so I cannot even speak to them. I asked for the refund initially on 19th January 2025 and despite a number of attempts to get an update (including multiple times in one day) they are unable to update me or provide me with confidence that the refund will be issued.Telling me (again) that the request is with the accounts department is not confirmation that the refund will be issued. Blocking my calls does not inspire confidence that the refund will be forthcoming. Avoid at all costs.

So booked an appointment in for a double oven clean, paid the 50 percent deposit to confirm. The advert states "Pay only 50% to confirm Your booking , Pay 50% at the time of cleaning". Therefore you expect to pay the final bill once the job is done.....however had 5 phone calls, voicemails in the mean time trying to get me to have additional services. My cleaner is booked for tomorrow and I was told that if I didnt pay the balance than the cleaner wouldn't come. WOW.... challenged the call handler with their misleading advert and told it would be fed back ! What use is that and we all know nothing ever happens. Had no email explaining the above and havent paid the balance out of principal. Cant comment on the standard of the job just the poor customer service. Dont want to do business in this way.

Had my double oven cleaned professionally by well trusted, friendly Kieran . He has done a fantastic job bringing my oven back like new and definitely book another oven clean later in the year!

This company has the worst service. I paid for an oven cleaning and to have the oven seal repaired. The technician cleaned the oven but said he couldn’t fix the seal because it needed replacing. I contacted the company for a refund on the seal repair, and the first representative assured me it was being processed. After 30 days with no refund, I called again, and another representative apologized, promising it was still being processed. However, when I followed up once more, I was told they couldn’t issue a refund because four months had passed. How is that acceptable?

It's now been 80 days since I paid and still no refund. Oven support will respond to this with the friendly, " please contact our customer support" but their 'team' will do nothing. This refund is long over due and by the looks of other reviews, I am not the only one waiting for a refund because oven support failed to turn up to the job. I am now in touch with trading standards who will hopefully offer me advice going forward

Disappointed my whole oven wasn’t cleaned. I made a note on the booking that it was the main oven of a double oven and this was acknowledged on 2 phone calls. When the guy arrived he told me he wouldn’t clean the heating element at the top as I’d booked incorrectly.

Booked and paid 50% deposit for oven & dishwasher clean today between 12-5. Was then informed it would be between 10-1 which was no problem. The oven cleaner phoned me at 0830 to say he’s a few minutes away. I advise that I live 30 minutes away from the property, I’d told the advisor this when making the booking and their website states customers will get called half an hour before. I phone customer service to clarify what’s going on, they speak to the engineer and call back saying as there’s no parking directly outside the property they are unable to do the job. I’d already been informed by customer service that the cleaner had had several cancellations so might not be able to do the job - why is it relevant that he’s had cancellations, that has no bearing on future jobs that were already arranged and booked in. Quite frustrating as there’s always parking on my road, why does it have to be directly outside the property - no one advised that when I made the booking and I can’t imagine there is that much equipment for an oven clean? I’d have been happy to help if there was. Anyway I’m then informed my refund can take up to 28 days - companies are quick enough to take your money but it takes up to a month to get it back? I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

I have just received a response for my review of oven support saying that they have passed my details to their finance department for process. I have already been told several times that they have done this and have still not received my refund. I watch this space with interest ......

So third week now of still not receiving my refund which is £75. The refund is from Christmas Eve, it’s now February still no response from email and just palmed off everytime I call with the usual response of it will be in by the end of the week. Will post a negative review weekly and I’m considering going to my local newspaper to spread real awareness about this company ripping people off. Written a review on here which oven support responded to, but clearly didn’t act upon and couldn’t act upon with no details of my order so they just respond to look like they are active . Disgrace of a company DO NOT USE.
