Feb 14,2025Awful experience- Do not use It was easy to book online but that was the end of any positive experience. You do not receive any order confirmation emails. They then changed my time slot from PM to AM with no communication and demanded the remainder of the payment to be made over the phone. There was also a lot of pushy upselling which I did not like. After subsequently reading the reviews on Trustpilot I was weary and asked for something in writing (email) to confirm the payment. I received an email 24 hours later but detailed nothing about the money I had paid. Come the day, I was sceptical about whether anyone would even turn up. surprise surprise no one showed by 12:00 so I called and was then informed the cleaner had been called away on a family emergency. I assume if I had not called not one would have let me know. I have requested a refund but again given some of the experiences shared I worry that this is going to be a long process.

Feb 14,2025Fantastic service, from initial phone contact to arrange the cleaning, to the day of the cleaning everything was smooth and professional. The cleaner phoned on the day to confirm the time slot, was on time, very friendly and so quick.

Feb 13,2025Please be aware that this company DEMAND full payment before the appointment date. I said I didn't want to pay any more money until the job is completed. I was told this was not an option even though a very fair request i thought. I said I want to cancel the appointment and get my 50% deposit back. Because they called to say they can fit me in tomorrow they are saying I haven't given 24hrs notice to cancel even though the date I requested was a week away. Now I have to try and retrieve my deposit and to be honest my guess is I won't get it back if the tone of the guy on the phone is anything to go by. Watch this space!!!

Feb 12,2025The clean itself was fine. The CONSTANT calls that were to follow have been ridiculous. This company is relentless in trying to get you to book more cleans. I had the oven at my previous property cleaned prior to selling it, to ensure it was clean for the new occupier. I told them at the time this was a one off clean. I then moved into a new property with new appliances. I then received constant calls from this company from multiple different phone numbers (it doesn't matter how many you block, they keep coming!) and it got to the point it was a few times a week. Having asked/pleaded/begged multiple times to be removed from their system, and nothing being done, I emailed them in frustration. It took a few attempts for someone to actually action this request but eventually the calls stopped for a few months; until today. Honestly, Oven Support, PLEASE stop harassing me! I will never use your company again in fear that I will never get a moments respite again. Stop hounding your customers for repeat business on such an unreasonable level.

They failed this time to turn up for a clean and we have waited for a refund since the beginning of December and nothing. I have called and emailed and now one has called back or emailed. I was also miss sold for my previous appointment I shouldn’t have trusted you again. I want my money back and to never deal with this company again

Feb 15,2025This companies customer service is shocking. They have left my 70 year old mother without an oven for four weeks after it was broken during a clean. No feedback or customer service at all. We’re still chasing for them to fix the oven. When you call their number to speak to them they fob you off with excuses. Absolutely disgusting. Calls to their office were made multiple times over the past four weeks. This week alone we have tried to call them four times and are told that the person we need to speak to in not in the office and no one else can help us. Emails have been sent to the email address in the comments this week with no response. Absolutely disgusted that my elderly mother has been left this long with no oven and that this company have not prioritised fixing an oven they broke
