I booked but then read the reviews and cancelled. This was 6 weeks ago and I STILL haven’t had my deposit back! Noticing a lot of people are in the same boat as me. I’ve been told 3 different stories and I have emailed several times with no response. DO NOT use this company, they’re a waste of time and I have now had to raise a court order to claim my money back.

My oven is super clean. However I did pay to have my extractor fan cleaned and although the outer has been cleaned I thought that the grate would have been removed to clean all the grease underneath which I can still see through the slats in the extractor.

The technician/cleaner was friendly and very professional and did a superb job, the cooker looks just like new and would definitely recommend them.

Booking was easy and we chose a date that suited us where children wouldn’t be at home. I then had a call nearly every day saying we have availability tomorrow do you want to change the date. Each time I explained we had chosen that specific date for reasons so no thank you. After the third call I asked please make a note on the system not to offer me alternative dates as we have chosen this date for a reason. Another call the next day asking the same, I explained again and she said there was no note on the system. I then got asked for remainder of payment, where on the website it states pay remainder at time of clean. I advised I did not want to pay the remainer over the phone especially as they call from an 020 suspected spam number. Lady said that’s fine pay on the day. I then got a call day before clean again asking for payment. I advised the same and was told I have to pay now. I advised what the website said and the man said “I don’t have control over the website”. I explained my anxiety with paying by phone and asked them to send me an online payment link, was advised they could not do that and I had no choice but to pay by phone. I therefore said I will pay on the day as per the website or would like a refund of my deposit, he argued with me about the website and said it stated payment before, of which it does not and could provide screenshots. I therefore requested to speak to a manager. He said there might not be a manager in, so I said that’s fine they can call me when they are next in. I had no phonecall but the oven cleaner turned up the next day and had no issue with us paying the remainder directly. He did a great job of the oven clean but I simply would not use the company again due to the multiple calls, poor phone attitude and inability to follow their own websites directions!

Guys please sort out your sales department! It's really dissapointing because I've used you a few times and the actual service has been really good and a seamless experience but oh my goodness the number of phone calls I get asking me if I need my oven cleaned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly I must get a couple every single week, all from different numbers. And you start calling only a few days after I've had it cleaned?! I had 2 alone this morning, told the first guy I didn't want it done and then someone called me an hour later on a different number. The thing is, I actually probably could do with getting it cleaned but I've been so put off using Oven Support because I've been so bombarded with calls, so out of principle I don't want to book in with you guys again.

Disgusting customer service - I made the appointment online for this afternoon and also paid the 50% deposit. I received a phone call on Monday morning asking if I was OK with Tuesday to which I agreed. When no-one turned up, I called to enquire to be told that had been a mistake at their end and the original date of Thursday still stood so I agreed. I then received another call on Wednesday asking me for the remaining money along with a lot of hard sell. I can't say I was overly surprised when they called today to say the cleaner had been delayed and could no longer make it today and could I change the appointment. I was in the process of explaining what had happened already when the male advisor just hung up on me - I could not believe it!! So I called back and spoke to a lady who assured me a refund would be processed but I am not holding my breath! Fortunately, I paid by credit card so should be able to claim a refund that way but my advice would be avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs 😡

I wish I could give a minus because I'm fuming. Booked weeks ago to have my oven cleaned and paid half upfront only to be let down on the day. No call, no apology when I called them and to be told I'd have to wait ( no idea how long) for a refund. Turns out the cleaner had not showed for work !! Not a good first impression. They wont get a chance to make another !!

DO NOT USE!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Caused serious damage to our oven, meaning every time it was switched on the whole house was shorting out. Despite MULTIPLE phone calls and speaking to several people they have failed to repair the damage and have been left without a working oven and down £70 for the clean and £40 for food I have had to throw away because I couldn’t cook it! The customer service is a complete joke and they really don’t care about any after care or ensuring a good job is done. Surely a reputable company would be mortified by any damage caused and want to rectify this as soon as possible? Their sales team is incredibly aggressive and I had 10 phone calls in 3 days trying upsell. However when we needed support I have been told repeatedly someone will call and no one has. To say I am frustrated is an understatement, but please do not use this company 🙏 it will end up causing you more grief!

I had a gent called Tony come today to do my oven he was amazing he done a brilliant job and what a nice bloke he was faultless my oven looked like new thank you Tony I live in bexhill enyoyed having you in my home. I'm writing this review for Tony not for the company they tried to scam me out of another 25 pounds because I lived in a second floor flat when I refused they settled for ten pounds but I gave Tony a ten pound tip anyway for his outstanding work. Thank you Tony 👍

I paid the deposit for an oven clean today. Yesterday I was called and aggressively bullied with demands for payment in full. I knew nothing about this company and said I would pay when the oven cleaner arrived. I then received a second bullying, aggressive demand for payment. Thank goodness I didn’t pay up as the oven cleaner didn’t arrive.

I had a guy called Wayne come clean my oven and he did a great job,was very polite and understanding as my oven was in quite a state.I would recommend Ovensupport LTD to anyone wanting good prices and top notch service.

Had oven cleaned in April 2024. No problems. Got a phone call 19th Dec 2024 to book again. Was trying to upsell cleaning every appliance I might own. I opted just for an oven clean. Booked for 10th January 2025. Asked me to pay a 50% deposit there and then. I was driving so said I would do it later. Completely forgot due to Christmas etc. Got a confirmation phone call 9th Jan 2025 and asked for full payment there and then. Paid by debit card £50. Cleaner turned up next day and said my oven didn’t need a clean and I would be wasting my money. He rang the company whilst at my home and told them and they agreed a full refund. I got an email on Monday 13th Jan saying can only refund by BACS and to click on a link. I rang them instead and was told they would do a ‘reverse’ payment as I paid by debit card. Numerous phone calls over the next 3weeks from me followed, each time being promised the refund would be done ‘by the end of the week!’ I asked to speak to a supervisor/ manager but was told I would just be told the same thing. Rude and unhelpful. I contacted my bank who raised a ‘dispute over payment’ I’ve heard nothing from this company since. They pressure sell to you and then fob you off, As far as I’m concerned they are thieves and liars.

Have to say, I was mortified at how my oven was. When the lads turned up they were so polite and friendly. And said we have seen a lot worse.... Well they even asked did I mind there being two of them,as one was learning. The oven looks brand new, I was so surprised. They even cleaned my floor where they were working. The best 40 quid I have ever spent. I thoroughly recommend this company

PO9 Atilla was prompt, unobtrusive, clean and tidy. Offered excellent advice and a very friendly and knowledgeable operative. The oven was left extremely clean and we are very pleased with the service. Would recommend.

STILL waiting - do not use this company - contacted “Customer Feedback” as they have put on their replies to my previous reviews - no response - disgraceful - update to their response below:- Will believe this when I see it - it s now OVER A MONTH since I paid this on 6 JAN - disgrace

Simon who came to clean our oven & hob has done a fantastic job. He's a lovely, friendly lad. He didn't make any mess & left our oven & hob looking sparkling new again. Thank you Simon for doing such a brilliant job.
