Total rubbish - have made a total of three bookings - cleaner never turned up - cancelled with varying excuses - job overrun - family bereavement and not feeling well - complained via email - no response. They also take a deposit and if I had let them wanted full payment before the actual booking!!

Very very poor service wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy .didn't pitch up twice .now struggling to get refund .they a punch of crooks.still waiting for refund after 6 weeks.

Booked on line and arranged a cleaning date and part payment - they then called me to ask if they could bring the date forward as they were in the area that day and it would benefit them if their agent could do both whilst in the area. So I rearranged a meeting, and someone would call back to confirm the appointment and details, nobody did. Just had another call from them to state they wanted more money to clean the oven as our was a range oven and not a double, already explained that on the call last week ? I explained I was doing them a favour as their agent was better utilising their time by doing our visit on the same day as another local customer. When I explained this the customer care agent didn't understand the commerciality of utilisation ! But more focused on an extra £35 for a slightly larger over. Good luck with your customers if you mess them around like this.

Recently had my double stand alone oven and hob cleaned, the original quote was for £55 this soon escalated to £90. I was informed I needed to pay an additional £10 for the hob to be included, fine £10 is okay, I was then told that because I live in a flat on the first floor I had to pay a surcharge of £25 for 12 steps... at this point fine! Just get it done. Had I not already paid the deposit I would have canceled my order at this stage. I was then told my requested afternoon slot was not guaranteed and to expect the cleaner from 9am till 12am meaning my half day I had previously booked off work turned into a full day, who wants to spend a whole full day of unpaid or holiday waiting around for a slap dash cleaner... the cleaner was then behind on time and turned up around d 1245... great my morning wasted waiting around. He was there for just over an hour, oven looked good I signed it off. Later that day noticed all over my kitchen counters and washing machine was covered in cleaning residue and the hob was still greasy. Would not recommend this service or use again.

Cleaner cancelled on the day, couldn’t reschedule as I was moving house before they could come back, asked for a refund, initially wouldn’t give me back my full refund, after speaking to a manager they agree to refund full amount. Should have been refunded within 28 days, about 40 days later and numerous phone calls to customer services,I finally got my refund. A few times it would seem like I finally got somewhere with customer support about finding out why my refund is taking so long, and was promised someone would ring me back later on that day (they never did), then the next day I would get a call back, but it was to try to re-book my oven clean in again (after already explaining I no longer need an oven clean I don’t live at that property anymore I’m just waiting on my refund etc). Wouldn’t bother with this company awful experience with every interaction, just go somewhere else.

I would give zero star but it won’t let me. Two no shows cancelling late in the day after waiting . So cancelled requesting a refund as I wasn’t prepared to wait all day again. Can’t get my money back. Website says up to 28 days . I’m on week 6 and still waiting. Several phone calls to customer service all giving a different message, guaranteed I would get my refund by 31st Jan, still waiting. Next step legal action and bank involved as the service is appalling and customer service just tell you what you want to hear, no managers to speak to. You should be ashamed of your service or lack of it.

I don't recommend this service I have not received my refund appointment was made for me against my permission the timing was unsuitable I was forced to pay upfront service was cancelled I did not received my payment.

very bad did not clean half my oven, did not clean the trivits or the inside top and sides of oven took racks out and sprayed them but did not rinse off, would not recommend, no refund offered to reclean but felt I did not want anyone to come in again as I am ony own cost £140 rip off

Oven cleaned which was to an average standard (something I could have achieved myself). However, the roof/ceiling of the oven wasn’t touched at all and still had black/brown residue and dirt all over the top. I emailed to complain and provided photos. No response after a week so I emailed again. No reason after several days so I phoned, they provided a new email address and apologised. I emailed the new address, no response after a few days so I chased. They finally offered to rebook. After several emails back and forth with them dithering to book in, a reclean was arranged. Second clean to the same standard and the roof/ceiling hardly touched with no difference. I’ve given up with them now.

Ibraham was a really genuine guy, couldn't do enough to help. The oven came up like brand few and I am in happy with my clean. Whack definitely ad using them again and would highly recommend. . . Well worth the money. Thank you

DO NOT USE this company. Following on from my previous review left on trust pilot from this despicable company dated January 16th 2025 I did actually receive a response. I should have known better than to get my hopes up. The day after my post on the 17th January I received an email from Hayley apologising for not responding earlier and would like to refund me the money I ended up spending to repair the damage I was left with from the engineer. I immediately responded replying that would be acceptable. Provided my bank details as requested for the BACS transfer. Having chased this with Hayley through emails on numerous occasions I’m still awaiting the money 13 days later. Yet again being ignored in the hope I’ll give up on chasing the matter up. On the rare email that was responded to it was explained it was going through the claims department to be approved which is confusing as an offer had already been made therefore already having approval in order for the offer to be made. I can only assume the claims department is very busy which would lead to the assumption there is an extremely high demand for complaints and compensation from this company. So now 13 days after an offer was made and accepted and no sign of the money or communication it will be left with my legal advisors to reopen the case against this shameful company.
