Nov 26,2024The clean was great but unfortunately I was badly let down by the booking experience which went badly wrong and resulted in me waiting in twice with no appearance before finally they turned up. This wasn't the fault of the cleaner as he did a very good job.

Nov 25,2024Sadly, the engineer sprayed the oven cleaner on our fridge door and it cannot be removed. The company are not addressing this and are ignoring my emails. Avoid. Still no reply from Jamie in Customer Service - extremely disappointing.

Nov 24,2024Have this on monthly payment and always having to chase to get my oven cleaned quick enough to take payments but rubbish for arranging a clean. Plus last person sent was training someone used all my kitchen towel for cleaning was training someone and didn't clean it fully

Nov 24,2024Has my oven cleaned in June 2024 and unfortunately the cleaning solution was spilt all over my kitchen floor tiles taking the colour out of them and spoiling the tiles totally. I sent photos and was asked to get a quote and then told to get the work done which I did by a local tradesman. Despite he and I both chasing the company to settle his bill which was only £140 the company have still not settled his invoice and despite numerous calls and emails to chase we are both being ignored and the invoice remains unpaid. I’m about to report to the trading standards and go to the small claims court. I would definitely not recommend this company and never use them again .

Nov 26,2024Simon cleaned my oven, extractor and hob and the results were amazing. All the work was done with no mess. I will use oven support again. One of the bulbs was not working and Simon replaced it free of charge. This little gesture makes the customer so happy for outstanding service. Thankyou.
